“Rich's Tire Services Open 7 days . They patched a nail hole for me on a Sunday when most of the shops closed. Their service is great with very reasonable price. This is the only tire shop I go for patching nail holes.”

For our EV, our local dealer's service shop had a 3 month wait for an appointment and wanted to charge us double compared to what Stress Free quoted and Stress Free got us in within a week. Definitely check them out for any out of warranty car service.”

“Came in after an accident for an alignment check and brake inspection. Staff was professional, communication was good, and turnaround time was reasonable. The waiting area could use some attention and I would have appreciated a bit more detail on future maintenance items, but overall it was a positive experience and I’d return if needed.”
“I went in around noon on Thursday and a tall man 5’9”-ish helped me at the counter. I told him I heard knocking when turning my steering wheel. I asked to have my tires rotated and he mentioned that my alignment is still under warranty as well. I have bought my tires & alignment at Big O for years, because of the free rotate and alignment.
I really appreciate how well the mechanic fixed my knocking issue and I can drive around safely again. I am grateful for the kindness of the tall guy explaining what was wrong with my steering. He renewed my belief in honest sales people who are indeed looking out for the customer’s safety. Thanks a bunch!!”

“This is the best tire place I've ever came to, cool guys that are on top of things, they were a bit busy , but still got my 4 new tires replaced and got me back on the road within 1 hour total, that's fast!! I can finish my route for work . These guys deserve a raise if they always work this good. Keep them paid well and you will keep the best workers and happy customers like myself..
