His pre purchase inspection saved me from buying a car with lots of invisible issues that I couldn't tell from test driving it. No pressure to do any services at his shop and very transparent throughout the process. Price was very fair too, half of what others were charging, and no upselling to get work done at his shop specifically. “The guys at Silicon Valley Performance took care of my van better than anywhere I’ve been. I had instant confidence in their level of expertise when I walked in and they actually knew what my vehicle was. I have lifted Ram Promaster camper van, and even the dealerships struggle to service it properly. These guys understood it wasn’t just some fleet vehicle that gets the bare minimum and now my van finally drives straight after years of failed alignments! There was some surprise maintenance that ended up being pricey, but they were kind enough to do some reprogramming I wanted for free. I’ll definitely come back for any future issues! I come from a big family with a LOT of different cars (each with their own set of issues), so I’ve seen many different mechanics over the years. “I took my 2005 GMC sierra 2500 to custom alignment for what I believed to be an alignment need. They were able to get me in on a Monday morning, shortly after I called. After test driving it and a diagnostic check, my primary issue was my front brakes, while my truck was there I also had it aligned. Alan and his team gave me a thorough assessment, a timely and reasonable repair rate and had impeccable communication along the way. I will definitely be using them again.
