“This place is definitely my new go to for maintenance and upgrades. I recently purchased an E39 M5 And wanted to do some preventative maintenance, Timing chain, Vanos rebuild, Rod bearings, Resealing the differential, AC components, etc. They absolutely killed it. Super communicative, fast to respond to any questions and just overall a great experience. Highly recommend this place for anything BMW. Will definitely be coming back when I do cooling.”

“These guys repainted multiple panels on many different sides of my car, and my car has a tricoat paint with a pearlescent finish that’s supposed to be hard to paint match. The car came out looking brand new, and however close I look I can’t spot the paint differences. Liked dealing with Marlon, quite straightforward.”

“Excellent experience with Bavarium Autoworks. I brought in my 10+ year-old diesel European vehicle for an inspection and second opinion, and I was impressed from start to finish.
Communication started before I even arrived. The team reviewed my vehicle history and reached out with a few questions about services they couldn’t verify in the records. I appreciated that level of preparation and attention to detail.
Throughout the process, everyone was professional, communicative, and willing to answer questions. When I asked for clarification on recommendations, they took the time to explain what they were seeing and why. I never felt pressured into repairs, and I appreciated that they didn’t criticize previous shops that had worked on the vehicle.
The courtesy transportation was also a huge help. They arranged a rideshare so I could get back to work, which made the entire experience much more convenient.
I originally came in for one concern and ultimately decided to address a few additional maintenance items that were due. The recommendations aligned with my goal of keeping an older vehicle reliable for the long term, and I felt informed rather than pressured throughout the process.

“I never write reviews but Michael was exceptional so I wanted to write about my experience here!Michael was extremely thorough and has a very kind demeanor (something I haven’t encountered much with mechanics). His pre purchase inspection saved me from buying a car with lots of invisible issues that I couldn't tell from test driving it. No pressure to do any services at his shop and very transparent throughout the process. Price was very fair too, half of what others were charging, and no upselling to get work done at his shop specifically. He even looked up an estimate for the specific issue on the car to give me an idea of the cost of the repair all without pressuring me to have the fix done at his shop. Very professional and honest 10/10 service. I'll be back when I'm in the area again.”

Received the car and unfortunately I had transmission trouble immediately
Through the process of a local state inspection at a Porsche dealer I was told the transmission probably needed replaced
I followed up with response motors
After some back and forth conversation we agreed to ship the car back to their location and they hired br racing to address the problem
Turns out br racing rebuilt the transmission
Got the car back after a month or so and I must say the car is runs absolutely amazing now
The work performed was incredible
I can’t thank Responce motors enough and br racing for a getting the car back to perfect operating condition

“Brought my 2016 Audi A6 Quattro on recommendation from my son to diagnose an engine light on. He had his Audi in for a transmission problem and was very happy with the service. My problem was an oxygen sensor that Tony replaced. It had been awhile since I had a routine inspection and was ready for an oil change (car has only 55K miles) so I asked him to do that as well. He found the brake pads and engine mounts were worn and he replaced them. Tony is great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He called after checking things out to get approval on the brakes and engine mounts. I agreed and the car was ready the next day. Interestingly, a low level rattle that I experienced for a couple of months and thought was coming from a box with some stuff in it in the trunk disappeared (Tony explained most likely the engine mounts were causing the rattle) and the car seems to be driving like new. Very solid feel to it. Shop is very clean and organized. Labor and parts charges were reasonable. You always know when someone knows what they're doing. That's Tony. I'll be taking my car to him for annual check ups or anything else that needs attention. I highly recommend this shop. If you need service or repair you won't be disappointed.”
