Today, I got the best tow truck driver ever, Jose Ruedda!!! Very meticulous with the details. He made sure he didn't drive over the neighbor's plants on our tight driveway, and then went to extra precaution to put my M3 on the flatbed, since it has a low profile and scrapes easily. He put extra wood beneath to get it up--which I hadn't seen before, which I really appreciated. He checked in with me about whether we should drive it up, or have it pulled up with the car in neutral. You can tell he just really cares about the car and doesn't take shortcuts. In the end, we also swapped quick stories about our torn meniscuses and he gave me a bunch of good tips on how to get better!”
“Initially reached out to Manny because of a fellow diesel Jeep owner highly recommended the shop. Not many techs are as familiar or competent with the Ecodiesel engine on my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee but Manny and the team did great work replacing the oil cooler and the notoriously laborious coolant line “in the valley” of the motor which requires extensive disassembly. Not only were they able to take care of this but they also caught some other coolant hoses that had wear and replaced them as well. Thanks for giving me peace of mind on my 100k mile plus diesel Jeep!”
