Excellent customer service from Giovanni! He alleviated a stressful situation just by being patient and friendly. Sometimes people forget to be kind to each other when busy in their work flow, so it was lovely speaking to a staff member who tried his very best to help.

Had to have my car flatbed towed to a shop from Monterey to San Jose, AAA could not find anyone locally and ended up contacting them. Fantastic customer experience at a stressful time. 11/10 for friendliness and customer service, almost felt like I was back home in Texas.
