I messed up the ring size by a half cm and proposed a month and a half after I purchased the ring. Jay clearly explained to me the store policy (no resizing after 30 days) but kindly made a one time exception since the ring was sliding around her finger and did not fit at all. We also looked at other watch brands like Omega (for my son) and discussed jewelry manufacturers like JB star and Kwiat the store offers. We have an anniversary coming up. Although we didn't buy anything today I will be returning to the store for future purchases.”
