“Alena, their assistant manager is very great at managing the place. She has impeccable management skills and is great at conflict resolution.She understands life circumstances and is caring enough to do what helps.The only reason I couldn’t give this place 5 stars is because it’s a pain in the rear to pay rent. If you use your card, you get charged soooo much extra. For some of us. We’re struggling. Any extra means a lot.If you don’t use checks expect a visit to the local post office to get thier specific money order. It’s all they accept. Wait in line an hour to pay rent. Hope they consider a different option to paying rent that doesn’t involve high fees and waiting in line forever.Id contact Alena about some options if I was corporate management. She understands the issues.For guests, if you need something taken care of. You’ll likely only get it done with Alena. She’s the only one that really knows anything and she is great at her job.Editing this review and reviewing Javier for maintence. This guys is your best resource in maintenance. There’s not a lot he can’t fix. He’s friendly and courteous and most of all timely. He waves at everyone he sees. He does a very good job on work orders. Please give this guy raise he’s always done great work for the guests!”

“We’ve lived here for over a year now and we absolutely love it. Although it’s an older complex the maintenance team, especially Jose and Steven, put in a lot of work to keep the complex looking nice and keep things running smoothly.”
