“After an idiot rear ended my baby, a 2011 CTS-V, that has been a garage queen with zero door dings and zero scratches I thought she would never be the same. Found RP Studios after scouring the internet for local body shops in area and as far as Escondido\Riverside. Brought her over to Rudy and he assured me that he and his team would be able to get her back to original condition and they didn’t disappoint, so much so that I have forgotten that she had ever been violated in the first place. (Car enthusiasts know what I’m talking about).
With meeting Rudy, I sensed confidence and assurance which put me at ease with my decision to go with RP Studios. I demanded original GM OEM parts which were hard to find due to age and options of the car. Rudy assured me that he would only use original OEM parts because aftermarket parts never fit quite right and leave gap differences and said, and I quote “He and his team are on the hook to provide nothing but high-quality work and results”. Another concern was the color match, a Tri-coat Black with aluminum flake, special order from factory, not easy to match, especially 13-year-old paint. Again, Rudy assured me that his team would be able to do an exact color match, and they didn’t disappoint! See photos. Trunk was not damaged or painted, bumper was. The paint matches perfectly!
If it’s an insurance claim, like most are, don’t worry, they got you covered! Nancy did an awesome job dealing with the insurance company and their shenanigans. Never backing down and pushing forward. She told me on one of my visits to the shop that “RP Studios works for me, the customer, not the insurance company. Nancy also did a great job searching for the correct parts, which wasn’t easy, finally locating them in Iowa.
I am so pleased and impressed with the level professionalism, craftsmanship and above all the honesty. It's really hard to find a mechanic/shop that you not only trust with your baby but honestly establish a relationship with during the process even though I bugged the heck out of them with questions and all were answered patiently and honestly. Also, the shop is very clean and well organized, which is always a good sign of high-quality work.

“We had some minor damage to our bumper from hitting some debris on the road. We contacted Bumper Specialists after doing some homework and reading reviews. We sent over pictures of the damage and received a quote immediately and got on their schedule within a week. Hugo was our technician. He was punctual and really did an amazing job making our bumper look like nothing had happened. Our neighbor was so impressed, he contacted them right after and had them fix his vehicle too! We will definitely be referring our friends to them and will call them if we need help again.”

“we, my vehicle, was involved in a collision last month. It was struck in the right rear bumper by a motorcycle, lane share. the rider was OK, his motorcycle wasn't. which he just got it back from the shop from being repaired due to previous accident. when it was time to look for an auto repair shop, ALL VALLEY seemed to have gotten really great reviews. well, those reviews didn't disappoint. the owner, Joe, his team members Sharon, and Janette, aka Jay, were outstanding. Sharon helped me at the beginning, Jay in the middle, and Joe, the owner, at the end. the vehicle came out very nice, with a few upgrades added on to it, no complaints!!! we were very happy with the service and the outcome of the repairs. it's unfortunate that we have to experience this type of situation, but we are glad we went with all valley auto. it was also nice that they were next to the rental car my insurance had referred us to. all lived up pretty good. Knowledgable and willing to share information.I contacted Ron at Continental Battery Systems of Murrieta, looking for two large battery replacements for my Class B (Sportsmobile). He was able to get me two specific batteries (Centennial AGM CB12-210) as promised (date and time) and at a reasonable price. Due to the battery placement on my Class B and the batteries weighing close to 130 lbs each, I wasn't equipped to do this job by myself. Ron was able to recommend Temecula Valley Rv to make the swap. I made an appointment with Temecula Valley RV and I was very happy with his recommendation. I recommend Continental Battery Systems of Murrieta to friends and family”
