“Straight up great customer service! Came in to ask questions about suspension replacement. Emilio assisted me. He listened to my situation regarding an estimate from another service center. He answered all of my questions and scheduled me for an inspection to validate the other shop’s estimate and conduct their own inspection. Seems the other shop was trying to get me to replace the entire from suspension. Turns out upper and lower control arms were not faulty. This allowed me to afford front brake work. Labor rates are fair. Timeline was on point. Will definitely be doing more business at So Cal Auto Style in Winchester Rd in Temecula.”

“About three years ago I purchased a set of brake pads from this AutoZone. The parts themselves were correct and ended up being used on my vehicle, but the issue was that they were placed in the wrong box. Because of that, the part number on the box didn’t match the actual brake pads inside, which later caused confusion when trying to use the warranty.
When I returned to the store recently to explain the situation, Raymond Cordaba at the AutoZone on Clinton Keith Rd took the time to really investigate the issue. Even though the purchase was from several years ago, he went out of his way to look into the part numbers and understand what had happened.
Raymond was professional, patient, and genuinely tried to help. In the end, he was able to sort things out and fix the issue with the warranty. I really appreciate the effort he put in to make things right. Great customer service and a big thank you to Raymond for taking the time to help.”
