He answered all of my questions and scheduled me for an inspection to validate the other shop’s estimate and conduct their own inspection. Seems the other shop was trying to get me to replace the entire from suspension. Turns out upper and lower control arms were not faulty. This allowed me to afford front brake work. Labor rates are fair. Timeline was on point. Will definitely be doing more business at So Cal Auto Style in Winchester Rd in Temecula.”

“08/13/2026 UPDATE: Due to the heat I took my shield off the Road King. I usually wear ear plugs with my half helmet. I did not have to wear plugs with my Bonanza. There is pipe noise in the helmet but to me it was good to hear it. I did not have to wear glasses. There was minimal wind under the shield but just enough to provide relief from the heat. Turning my head side to side caused minimal downward pressure even at highway speed. I only had head bobble behind and to the side of tractor trailers, which is to be expected. The aerodynamic of the shield was awesome driving without my motorcycle shield and helped greatly in the heat. I have had a prior neck fusion so wind pressure is a big deal to me. I could ride with the pictured combo for a while. Well thats my experience so far, last tests, rain, and cold weather. I still love the panoramic protected view. Biltwell Bonanza Helmet review only. I recently purchased a Biltwell helmet as I desired two things. First of all I wanted a retro helmet, the style my mom and dad wore when they rode their first Honda 350. Secondly I wanted a full face shield, sun protection as I grow older it is needful and sunscreen tends to get in your eyes at highway speeds. Retro look, well that was satisfied when I took it out of the box. Beautiful helmet, at first I didn't know if I should display it or wear it. The custom paint and graphics are great. The interior liner is professionally designed. I was apprehensive when I ordered as some helmets, especially Asian made are smaller than average. This helmet was a true fit. With most equipment there is a break in time and the more I wear it the more form fitted it became. The quality exceeds the price point. I have a half shield on my Road King and with my half helmet I had lifting but did not experience lifting with this helmet, I did have the face shield on. I did tilt my head back to expose myself to more wind and didn't have lifting. Our ride was in 90 degree weather and the helmet was no hotter than any half helmet I have. With my half helmet I have to wear earplugs, I did not need them with the Bonanza. Shield, I ordered the mirror and smoke shield. I attached the mirror, because it looks cool. Again the reason for the shield was primarily for sun blocking, and it provided the needed protection. I am used to wearing eye protection and did ride at first with strapped goggles. You only need clear goggles with the mirror shield. After a stop I switched to regular sunglasses, that was a fail on my part. It moves regular sunglasses when you put the helmet on and it's difficult to readjust them once the helmet is on. Goggles are a better choice. At my next stop I took the eyewear off. I had no wind issues at all due to the specific design of the Biltwell shield. Turning my head side to side I had no issues. The shield provides an awesome panoramic view with no eye wind irritation. The clarity of the lenses is impeccable. There was no attachment/snap noise. I bought the helmet through a third party site. I am waiting for my next Biltwell helmet as I would like the Tahoe. Right now the Tahoe does not have a tinted shield option, but I was told it's coming. I wanted the retro look but found it's Retro Updated. Great product that exceeds the price point.”
