“I went to multiple locations trying to get this handled and kept hitting dead ends… until I met JR at the Bank of America on Los Alamos.
From the second we started talking, his energy completely changed the experience. He was funny, lighthearted, and somehow had me laughing while still handling business like a pro—which is not easy to pull off.
On top of that, he actually knew what he was doing. JR took the time to walk through everything with me, explained things clearly, and got my transactions handled smoothly when no one else could.
That combination of personality AND competence is rare. He made a frustrating situation feel easy and stress-free.
Bank of America needs more people like JR—and he absolutely deserves a raise or promotion. Employees like that are the reason customers stay loyal.
