We sat down with Kendra and explained the situation. Kendra was very helpful and understanding. It felt like it only took 5 minutes and my daughter was approved. I called to see if the forigen currency I had ordered had arrived since it was past the expected arrival date and I never heard from a anyone. The man who answered seemed annoyed I was calling and kinda rude. I was happy to say my in bank experience was the total opposite. JJ the teller was super nice, personable and helpful. There was no line so it was very fast and easy.”
