I just heard the bank teller say to a customer, " let me turn that frown upside down," and I almost giggled myself to the ground. What kind words.. :)

I've been banking here since I first got a card. I had my first issue when a deposit into the ATM didn't work and Kathy helped me get a report in after my initial report was denied and I got my money into my account! Super happy with the service here I've never had any issues unresolved!
