“I just have to give a huge shoutout to Elly! She was amazing. We’re moving into a brand new house and needed some temporary window shades. Elly not only helped us find those but also assisted us in getting a washer, an upgraded dryer, and a fridge when Home Depot didn't have them in stock. Plus, she got us some awesome discounts when we bought more items, including all the accessories and the upgraded model.
Honestly, Elly was one of the most helpful team members I've ever come across in any store. She made the whole process so easy and stress-free. Elly definitely deserves a promotion to upper management. Her dedication and customer service skills are top-notch.

“The manager was very helpful when I lost my receipt to a product that didn’t have all the parts to a ceiling fan I had purchased some time ago but never opened it and when I did found parts missing and couldn’t have my handy man install the fan.
