As someone who’s brand new to welding, I walked in knowing very little about what I actually needed, but the team immediately took the time to help me understand all my options without making me feel overwhelmed. From the second I walked through the door, the customer service was top tier. They helped me pick out a welding helmet, welding gloves, wire, and a full argon mixed gas bottle, while explaining the differences between products and what would work best for the type of welding I want to learn and grow into. You can tell they genuinely care about helping customers, not just making a sale. Their prices were great, the staff was incredibly knowledgeable, and they made the entire process easy and enjoyable. “Came in today to get a car key copied and their machine was out of order in aisle 17 which we were then directed to the self serve machine at the front which did not work for us. Both Richard and Michael stopped what they were doing to attempt to help us. Although we couldn't get a key copy, they were both extremely helpful in giving us suggestions on other places to go. Sharon on the front register (only one open) was super sweet too, what a great experience even though we left without getting what we went for and a complete 180 from my last visit!”
