“Came in today to get a car key copied and their machine was out of order in aisle 17 which we were then directed to the self serve machine at the front which did not work for us. Both Richard and Michael stopped what they were doing to attempt to help us. Although we couldn't get a key copy, they were both extremely helpful in giving us suggestions on other places to go. Sharon on the front register (only one open) was super sweet too, what a great experience even though we left without getting what we went for and a complete 180 from my last visit!”

“I’ve been there at least four times over the years for my plumbing needs. Good customer service, never had to go somewhere else for any of the parts that I needed. Good parking easy to load my purchase and I felt that the customer service was good. I would rather go there than any of the big box stores because they always had what I needed.”
“Gave a review for Pete in the garden department my review went to the Murrieta Lowes my fault Ipicked the wrong location...but to be sure I'd like to give kudos to Pete in the garden department at Lowes on Margarita in Temecula he was so helpful and gave great customer service. Great employee for sure! Usually I'll be looking for help didn't have to do that with Pete he was right there asking me if I needed help.”
