“Sucks they didn’t have enough for bigger sizes on their pro club pink jackets my family an I tried 2 times to get a large even medium and both sold out in seconds and when asked when they will get more no response from them/ they were quick to respond back personally and made it work out! “I went in today to get some new shoes! I scheduled an appointment to get a fitting and everything. The 2 ladies working were a big help and super knowledgeable! They had me try on multiple shoes and run in them to see what pair was best for me and my body mechanics (they even recorded my stride to see how I ran)!
Ultimately, I walked out with 2 pairs of shoes, sunglasses and some guus!
I'll be going back when my shoes wear out and need some new ones! Thank you!”

It was quite a few customers in the store and I came in looking for some shoes for both my daughters. The shoes we wanted were not there and Reed offered to order them online and get them shipped to my house. Now when went to order them one of the shoes were no longer available. Reed found a shoe very similar and my daughter ended up them more!
Brandon was running around helping everyone else and still tying to help me locate the shoe.
I just want to say thank you so much to them because customers service goes a long way and I will make sure that I continue to patronize this location because of them!

“Easy to find what I wanted at a decent price. They had a clearance section plus a regular outlet priced section that was 50% off a 2nd pair. That's a pretty good deal. I'm happy with my purchase and price. I'll definitely come back. Socks seemed a bit pricey though. Will go somewhere else for that.”

I had gone to return some Air Maxes that had a bubble that was popped. He greeted me very nicely and helped me through the whole process.
I had asked if they had them in stock and he had said that the store typically doesn't have them in stock but still checked anyway. He then told me that he could have some shipped to my house, give me a refund to my card, or give me store credit.
I then ended up taking a look around and their back wall section has some great deals and selection. They also have a decent amount of deals on non-clearance shoes.

“This isn’t a complaint but a rave regarding one of your employees. I visited a Journeys store At 7 pm on 12/02/2020 inside Inland Center Mall in San Bernardino, California. I understand the holiday season is upon us and sometimes stores can get very busy. Upon entering the store, only one employee was seen, and he was helping another customer, but greeted us regardless. This employee’s name is Nick. His ability to multitask while being absolutely courteous is superb. We originally went to the store to exchange shoes for a larger size. This store did not have the larger size but Nick called a minimum of 6 stores in the area to see if they had the style and size I was looking for. In between calling stores for me, he was helping multiple people while being energetic, kind, and just the kind of person a company would want to represent them as a brand. Unfortunately, I was not able to exchange for the style of shoe I was originally looking for, but opted for a very similar style in the correct size instead. If it wasn’t for Nick and the amazing customer experience he provided, I would have just returned my purchase for cash and purchased shoes elsewhere. He made the experience exactly what any company would strive for. He deserves praise and recognition for his amazing skills as an employee.”
