Elm House Inn is a clean, cozy, and picturesque bed and breakfast style inn. It is a very convenient place with a great and perfect location, close to downtown Napa and the wharf, with great proximity to anything needed and easy freeway access. The rooms are quaint, spacious, comfortable, and quiet with very comfortable beds. The staff is really nice, all very friendly, kind, and accommodating, creating a friendly and relaxing vibe. A delicious and amazing breakfast is offered, including a continental selection along with custom hot items like omelets and waffles made fresh. The inn also features a wine and cheese hour, delicious cookies, and an outdoor jacuzzi. It is an affordable and highly recommended place for a great stay.
Really nice hidden gem in Napa! Not very expensive, but good quality rooms and location.

Large room, comfortable bed and exceptionally clean. Free parking and a short walk to the downtown area. Tremendous value in an otherwise overpriced area. Only downside is the moderate amount of street noise.
