As we look forward we see the need for a more comprehensive continuum of care to support the phenomenal increase in people over 65 as the Baby Boomers age. This generation will live longer than any previous group and, consequently, will be more likely to suffer one or more chronic illnesses. Add to this the significant increase projected in the incidence of Alzheimer’s and other dementias, and the communities we serve will require expanded models of care beyond what is available today. Collabria Care and Collabria Hospice are building the capacity to accommodate these future needs.
So far they have been fabulous! Really caring about my mom. I am very impressed. I feel very supported!

They are great at taking on a case and getting paid for it but offer no help to the elder.

What a great organization. As my mom's health quickly declined they stepped in to help. I wish I had contacted them sooner, but her doctors didn't realize what bad shape she was in. Their grief counselling services were a true blessing. I highly recommend Collabria Care for anyone who needs hospice or grief support.
