Goodwill ~ Redwood Empire offers a well-organized shopping experience with friendly staff. However, customers note the limited variety and condition of items, which may not meet expectations for a Napa location. The store is small and some find the prices for used clothing to be high, especially without fitting rooms available. While the clothing is appreciated for being affordable, there are concerns about the smell and competition from wealthier shoppers taking desirable items. Despite these issues, the store is valued for its presence in an area with few thrift options.
Have no complaints about the store or the workers there, but a lot of the shoppers on Wednesday mornings could definitely learn a bit of something called “manners”.

On 9/4 & 9/5 I dropped off some clothes, gentlemen receiving the donations was not very polite and rude. Taking my donations somewhere else where at least they say thank you for the donation.

This “thrift store” always has something for me and my son. We come here weekly. My husband comes his coffee and donuts up the street. Haha
