“I had a great experience the other day with salesperson Amanda and the manager Paul. We had an emergency decorating problem and a house full of people coming in for the 4th. They were friendly and helpful and solved all our problems so our house was lovely before everybody arrived. The experience was so good. I'm going back today to pick up some more pillows.”
“This Target has great selection and has areas that are well zoned and maintained. The music or their radio is just too loud for even customers to enjoy shopping. The Store need to address this to management. I was using the family restroom and the music is so loud that I even saw the ceiling has a tape on the speaker part. I guess the customer or their maintenance put the tape there to cover the loudness but it is still loud. Please have it turn down lower. It is distracting. I cannot even hear the other person on the other line while I was talking on the phone due to loud music! I have noticed that jewelry and accessories are always organized and has plenty of stocks. They must have great crews here! Service is friendly! There's homelessness outside and sometimes inside the Store. Hey, this is California and that sight is now normal to the eyes!”

“I went to target today and I was planning on grabbing just 1 item but then realized I needed several more. As I walked to the Bathroom department with my arms full of items, an employee noticed me walking to the shower curtain area and he write away approached me with a Target hand held basket. This type of customer service is truly impeccable. He noticed and took action right away and decided to take initiative to help where help was noticeably needed. As an HR Director, this is exactly what every company needs, employees just like him! Wish I would have asked his name.”
