“I had a great experience the other day with salesperson Amanda and the manager Paul. We had an emergency decorating problem and a house full of people coming in for the 4th. “I’ve been here a few times and the staff is very lovely, except for that nasty manager Reggina. I don’t usually write reviews like this, but I keep thinking about my encounter I had with her a few days ago. She talks to the staff like a middle school mean girl, I would not hire her. I have had a few run ins with her and she gets very loudly annoyed with children for some reason. Your customers should not have to hear you throw tantrums because children are laughing. I do enjoy the selection and location. If the senior management from Ross cares about professionalism and effective leadership, they should coach her and train her to run the store better, especially with another store opening soon, I would be especially invested in how the local community perceives Ross.”
