“Started this awesome fitness journey 2 months ago at newton's law of fitness. I had just gotten back from college a put on a good freshman 15, newton's helped me get rid of it within these 2 months with ease. They have a tremendous coaching staff and excellent work plans they do very good job making you feel welcomed. I'm a Napa native as well as an athlete and been to many of the cross-fit gyms and this has by far been the best one not only the workout but the family aspect that it builds with your workout partners and coaches. The owners are awesome people and hard working and respectful 10/10 would recommend going here!”

“We really are a family as well as a gym, no matter where you are in your fitness journey, there is something for everyone. If you've been looking for the place to fit in, Unstoppable is the place to give a try. 7 class times to choose from, 30 minutes of hard work, 5 days a week and 2 extended classes on Saturday. This isn't a gym you sit on a machine and post photos of "working out", this is a boot camp gym to get it done. Rejoined a little over 3 years ago and still loving it! Give it a try!”

“Trevor and his HEXA team are amazing trainers who design three different workout programs every day, so no matter what level you’re at there’s a great workout for you. It’s not an in-your-face CrossFit type of gym - instead its a lot more personal, with the trainers providing everyone with feedback on their form, how they can improve, how they can modify workouts if they have an injury, etc. I’ve been going for 9 months and it has been the best workout experience of my life. And as a bonus, we’ve met so many awesome people through HEXA - the community there is amazing and everyone is super supportive of each other.”

“Napa's best kept secret.✨ I (rather selfishly) hesitated on posting this review for very long time because I didn't want a million annoying gym rats to discover this place and ruin the vibe ? If you're dedicated to fitness and hate big, corporate gyms like InShape, this is the place for you! I've moved around a lot and have belonged to 7 gyms throughout 4 states in the past 15 years, so it's safe to say that I know gyms. I'm also a pretty serious weightlifter. So when I first moved to Napa from NJ in 2016, one of the first things I did was join InShape because I thought it was the only option. And for the first time in my life, I actually loathed a gym. I really don't need much. The shiny new equipment quickly and frequently broke down, presumably from overuse. No matter what time I was in the locker room, there were old ladies and children everywhere. The worst part was the total lack of camaraderie over the entire 2 years I was there. That said, I was thrilled to switch to Custom in February 2018. This is the total opposite in all the best ways. It took a bit of getting used to -- there are no locker rooms, so I would often change into my gym clothes before leaving work. I work in hospitality, so the hours (all 24 of them!) finally work with my schedule. The other members are friendly, and there are not hoards of people waiting for a Zumba class lingering around the facilities. There is no candy dish or pizza night and the people who are there, are there to work out (I'm looking at you, Planet Fitness). If you come during staffed hours, you will see that someone is constantly cleaning something, somewhere. And the price is right. This might not be the perfect gym for everyone, but I wouldn't want it any other way.”

“I can't say enough positive things about my experience at Wine Country CrossFit. This gym is dedicated to fostering a supportive and inclusive community while delivering great training. The coaches are exceptional. They are not only incredibly knowledgeable, but they also genuinely care about everyone's progress and well-being. My biggest fear is hurting myself because of incorrect form, but the coaches have been so attentive and helpful in reaching my goals. I don't have an athletic background at all, so I was a little nervous when I joined. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, workouts are curated to be challenging yet scalable, so I felt met where I was at. I've been going for about 6 months, and I have never repeated a workout, so you'll never get bored! Overall, I can't recommend WCCF enough. I've gotten stronger, and my confidence in my ability has majorly improved. Beth is amazing, she's approachable and encouraging and is always open for transparent conversation. I'm so thankful for the investment WCCF has made in me and my fitness journey!”

“Been here several times. I took 2 different Spin classes here. They were fine, but they don't seem to offer rhythm-based riding where you ride to the beat and do choreography. I prefer rhythm riding because it's more fun and feels less like a workout. So will be going to other fitness studios for spin class. Haven't tried the other classes at HQ yet. Theres a good amount of cardio machines, which I love! And facilities feel very clean! Both women and men's locker room have a steam room, sauna, hot tub. Showers have multiple hangers for towels etc, and bulk amenities of body wash, shampoo, conditioner. There is ample vanity space to get ready, and even hair dryers. Though I did find the hairdryers I used aren't powerful enough for me. There's a lot of lockers! I see other reviews about unfriendly staff. It does seem that front desk staff seem to not be outwardly friendly, but when I ask a question, they've been helpful. The front desk does appear to be manned by people who look like they're in their early 20s, and that type of behavior feels typical for some in that age group. Not a big deal to me. Would recommended based on amenities and cleanliness alone!”

“It's the fun, and the camaraderie that makes you come back, but mostly it's the consistency and your own persistence that makes it really work! It just works!”

“This is a good gym for most people. Certainly not a powerlifters gym or an anti gym like planet fitness. The staff are very friendly, they actually are helpful and have personalities unlike the local PF that they don't even look up from their phone when you come in. I do want to provide some constructive criticism though.1st. Fix the fly machine by removing the bolt that makes it nearly useless in going for full ROM.2nd. Have more extra equipment like parallel bars, rings, weight vests, fat grips, standing calf raises machine, hip thrust machine, another adjustable bench, possibly another cable tower, a dip machine.3. The towels don't absorb water well. I try to dry off and I'm still wet. I would pay to be a premium member (right now I'm the middle one) if they offered towels that absorbed water for the premium members. I understand they take longer to dry and that's why you offer it to premium.4. The area upstairs in the middle is pretty useless as it's a bunch of machines that are designed for circuit training but all of the exercises can be accomplished in a way where you can actually track your progress on the other equipment and I would just add more real equipment up there. Potentially some of the wall mounted smart units that track your progress for you with an id number or a powerlifting/calisthenics area.5. Given the popularity a cold soak tub outside would be awesome. 33-40 degrees.6. A coed sauna outside would be nice to engage an interact with other people.7. Having plants inside would be very nice and is healthy for body and mind.I understand this is a long list and some may not be feasible or within budget but just thought I would float it anyway. Thanks for reading.”
