“Went in for a "while you wait in your car" oil change. There were only three cars in line ahead of me and I was told I hit the place at a good time since there's a line 20 deep at times! Whew! I waited about 40 min and was fine with that. The service men did a quick and thorough job, it ended up costing $97 for my VW Beetle. The cashier was nice and the entire experience was excellent. I'll be back for sure.”

They went above and beyond to make sure my problem was taken care of and more.I had an issue with the turbocharger on my Nissan Juke NISMO and they not only suggested probable causes for the issue (something other shops didn't even look into, just planned to replace the part and do nothing else) but also gave me an extremely competitive quote. “Repair work on my 2016 ford explorer, was more complicated than your normal water pump replacement. After work was completed, I drove for 2 days and had to be towed in. Ace found that the brand new timing chain was defective. They completely retraced all work to make sure no damage had occurred to parts and performed tests to engine for other damage. All this was completely paid for by Ace Automotive, along with towing from St Helena. My car runs like a dream now, I’m so pleased that Ace Automotive stands behind their work and their employees.
