“I live in Carmichael and work in St Helena. Was about to drive home when I noticed that my car needed to be serviced ASAP.
This was my 4th visit to Big O Tires! I drove in without an appointment on a Saturday, close to 12noon. Was told by Mr Copeland at the front desk that they could work on my car if I was willing to wait a couple of hours. I told him that I'd wait and my car was done in a little over 2hours.
I drove home happy and fully satisfied that my car received the best attention from the mechanics.

“The staff at Caddy Daddy has been pleasant to work with, I have talked to a few of them on the phone now and had my questions answered each time with some technical help even though they say they are not mechanics. Jay, Rich and Bob were very helpful in trying to find parts. I live locally and scheduled an appointment to come by the shop and pick up. It was very quick and easy getting the parts I needed despite driving by the shop initially! They said they are doing remodeling so will hopefully have a new sign out front soon. I will continue to buy more parts in the future as I work on my car.”

“Dan was very old school mechanic, but that's exactly what I needed. He was responsive and extremely knowledgeable. I felt like I was taking my travel trailer to an uncle to fix. His work was spot on and he even found and fixed a couple of small issues. I found my RV repair place and won't be going anywhere else. I wanted to remount the axles under the springs to add lift and install sumo springs. Most places I called either didn't know what I was talking about or couldn't do it because that isn't a normal repair. Dan knew exactly what I needed and quoted me right away. Job took about a day to complete and I couldn't be happier.”
