“I'm surprised this location doesn't have all 5 star reviews as I've been banking with them since 2016 and not once ever had a bad experience. The reason I hoped on here is to give Davis and Anthony (mainly Davis though because he's the one who assisted my husband and I the entire time, Anthony came in at the end to review everything looked correct and he was very nice as well). Shout out to Davis for being an exemplary example of what EVERY BUSINESS SHOULD HAVE AS PART OF THEIR TEAM!!! He was polite, kind, listened, excellent feedback and made our experience beyond positive! We didn't have an appointment and were seen right away. He explained in detail our options and didn't push or rush us into anything. He watched my husband and I discuss our concerns, waited patiently as we made a few phone calls before making a decision. We will continue bringing our business to this location as we are always treated as friends and family. Upper management if you're reading this: please train all other employees to follow Davis Example. You will gain many more loyal customers.”
“Wow... I read a few of the reviews here. And I have to say they are so out of the norm. I have been an NFCU client for 42 years and I have never EVER experienced anything like the complaints. Are there long lines? Sure, if you come at 5pm on a Friday! Or 9am on a Monday! Get real folks. That's like complaining about the wait at a breakfast place on mother's day! I have always been treated well and with proffesionalism. It's definately better than Wells Fargo or BofA....hands down!”
