“Huge variety of options. They have everything from stationery items and collectibles in all different sizes to random mystery boxes and a ton of stuff I didn’t even know existed or needed until I started walking around.

The staff was super welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the names of the employees working that day, but they were all really helpful while still giving us room to wander around and check everything out.

One thing I really appreciated was how comfortable they made the shopping experience. My girlfriend is the type of person who will literally spend hours looking through every single item in a store. She loves taking her time and doesn’t like feeling rushed, so she usually ends up browsing a lot longer than most people. Unfortunately, at a lot of stores, we’ve noticed the staff starts watching her more closely or acting uncomfortable just because she’s taking her time. It can make the whole experience feel awkward. Here, though, we never felt that way. They gave us the space to browse at our own pace while still being available if we needed anything. That alone made us want to come back.

My girlfriend is also a huge KUROMI fan, so she had me pick one of the mystery boxes because she was too “anxious” she will pick one she won’t like and boy was she glad she had me pick. Somehow she ended up pulling the “TOP AWARD ITEM” in the series, which made her day and honestly made the whole trip even more memorable.

Parking was convenient, the prices were very reasonable, and the quality of everything we bought was great for the price. Overall, it was an awesome experience, and we’ll definitely be coming back to see what new items they get in.”
