“Bought a floor lamp that needed to be assembled when I got it home it was way over my head, I came back to the store spoke with Mitchell he gladly took it to the back and had somebody assemble it. There was no charge. We buy all our lighting at lamps Plus. They have great pricing and their customer service is beyond reproach. Don't shop anywhere else.”

“We recently had several art works framed or stretched by Lands End Gallery and are thrilled with the finished results. Thayne and his staff took the time to help us choose the best frames or offered other options for presenting the pieces. We also appreciated that they put labels on the back with the artist's information where the artist's name would have been obscured by the frame backing. Lands End Gallery takes great pride in their work and we will use them in the future for all of our framing needs.

We just had two more paintings stretched-framed by Lands End and they did another super job! They were so generous with their time in making sure the paintings were stretched properly so that there were no wrinkles. They stand behind their work and care deeply that the finished product is excellent.”
“A few weeks ago, when receiving an Ethan Allen delivery, the delivery man noted, “you have a lot of our furniture.” I chuckled and began looking around. It was the truth. My home furnishings are not exclusively Ethan Allen, but there are indeed at least a few pieces in every room, tables, beds, benches, sofas, chairs etc. I love going to my local store and working with the design team. I am always treated so well, offered excellent ideas and never pressured to buy. The customization options offered in store are incredible and I have also had a few in-home consults over the years when needing to truly rethink a space vs. just make a few enhancements. I am very pleased with the quality of both EA products and customer service.”

“Pigment is a store out of my dreams. If you love looking at nick nacks that are arranged by zones of color and interspersed with plants, this is the place for you.
They stock all kinds of gift options like candles, jewelry, books, ornaments, crystals, etc.
There is a pretty extensive kids section with cute clothes and jelly cat stuffies.
If you go around to the back side of the store you can build your own plant terrariums ( they will also build for you ) with the plants that they have stocked.
I always find something cute to take home from sunglasses to shirts or recipe books - there’s plenty to choose from.”

“This review is for brooke and dice. I was in town shopping and grabbing some food after a very long day. Today was a little rough , and I decided to stop in just to check out this cute little store. They just so happened to carry my favorite candle brand. When I walked in , it was such a warm inviting energy. Immediately , both girls gave me such a genuine compliment that it brought a huge smile to my face. The store is so beautiful, Well , organized , and the customer service is top tier. “I always get lost in this store in the best possible way. They have a great selection of everything for the home, just give yourself time to sift through everything. Got a bunch of really nice frames. Great candles (even soy based). There's a bathroom in the back, could be cleaner by fine enough. I always wait a little in line to pay but never as long as at the one in mission valley. Bonus that the shopping center also has a tj maxx, sprouts and dollar store.”

“I scheduled an appointment online for help planning my IKEA PAX wardrobe. The scheduling system was easy to use and very user-friendly.
When I arrived at the Wardrobe and Closet Department, I was greeted by a friendly IKEA associate. I told him I had an 11:30 appointment for the PAX system, and he let me know I would be working with Mauricio.
Mauricio greeted me right away and was cordial, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the PAX system. I had already spent quite a bit of time using IKEA’s online PAX planning tool, so I had a good idea of what I wanted and several questions. Mauricio appreciated that I had done my homework.
He entered my dimensions and wardrobe wish list into the system. He said my original plan looked good, but he suggested a few changes that made it much better. I am very glad I did not simply order everything online, because I would not have known about some of the available drawer and door options without his help.
Since I was prepared, my one-hour appointment only took about 25 minutes, but it was absolutely worth sitting down with a PAX expert. Mauricio is an invaluable asset to the IKEA team. His customer service skills and product knowledge are excellent.”
“This nursery is really cute. There are a few chickens that wander around the property, they'll leave you alone but if they're one of your fears, keep that in mind. Parking is only available on the street. That is kind of a bummer. They do have a good variety of plants, and that's adorable. Theyre one of the oldest nurseries in San Diego so bonus points for that. Theyre also a small business. The people are knowledgable and theres a park right across the street too. All in all, I will be back. Thanks!”

“I went to the Ashley store to just “look around” with no intention of buying today. My friend and I checked out many sectionals and had some questions. Jessica was our person! She’s a trained and experienced designer and she quickly applied those skills to help me select the perfect sectional. She was knowledgeable of their products, material, density of the cushions etc. I was concerned on the size and she took out her tape measure to make sure what I was thinking was going to be a perfect fit. She was convincing me that it was time to buy. The best part is that she went to bat for me with her manager and got me a killer deal! I really appreciate her thoroughness and her customer service. I told her that all of the furniture that is in my house currently is from Ashley and was bought 22 years ago. When I am in need to replace other pieces, Jessica will be my go -to. Thanks Jessica!!”
