“1/2/2024 Update 4: They are ordering the piece that is missing but it should be a quick and easy fix so they can do it there when the piece arrives. I appreciate they're helping so much, but we do wish it hadn't had so many small issues, especially right after buying. Hopefully this is the last update!1/1/2024 Update 3: this soon after buying it an already another issue, and this one is pretty major. A weird sound like something was loose and scraping inside the car started happening, and then shortly after it sounded like something came off in the riad12/28 UPDATE 2: Easy fix! We were in and out in a couple of minutes.12/22 UPDATE Day 1: We noticed a part of the metal sticking out by the wheel. Called Value Cars and they said the mechanic will fix it on Tuesday since it's Christmas weekend. It seems like a simple fix, hopefully it gets solved easily.12/21/2023We bought a Prius with them yesterday, and the staff were very helpful! We've been looking for a while, but I was still nervous, of course, about such a big purchase. The staff were very patient with explaining each step and made it as smooth as possible. I'll update in a few months with updates on how it's going, but for now we're very happy!!”
