“I had a great experience buying a car from Edwin at Quality Used Cars. I got a fair deal on a 2017 Civic. I did not notice it on the test drive, but on the way home and the next day I felt slight hesitation while accelerating at low speed. I called Edwin and told him I thought the CVT transmission was slipping and it needed the transmission fluid changed. I brought it in the next day, and he had the transmission fluid changed. This did not fix the hesitation. After a bit of trouble shooting his technician changed the spark plugs and coils. This fixed the issue. Edwin had this done at no cost to me, the vehicle was bought as is with no warranty and I had already paid in full for the car.”
