“Love Costco, especially the business center. It has many things that a normal Costco has, but lots of things are packaged differently. For example potato chips at the regular Costco will come in one big bag. At the business center you'll get like 50 small bags of potato chips in a box. Everything is more for resale here, so it's built that way in the store. But it also has some different things in here that you can't get at a regular Costco. And they have way more drinks than a normal Costco has I guess because small businesses buy different types of drinks for their stores on their selling individual. The sales don't run simultaneously with their regular store, they have their own sale booklet. And a few things might be a little cheaper at the business center but not many things. If you have one near you you should go!”
“This place is wonderful. They are old-fashioned, which i prefer for many reasons. It is family- owned and I would much rather give my money to that kind of business rather than some big corporation. The manager and her daughter, who work in the office, are very friendly. The facility is clean, and safe. They have cameras and someone who sleeps on the property at night for extra security. I adore this business and the people who work there, and I am so happy I found them. I will gladly give them my business, rather than take it anywhere else.”

“I just have to say to those who complain about having to show their membership cards numerous times while shopping to various employees… by the way, they are doing their jobs exactly as they are asked to do TO HELP KEEP NOT ONLY COSTS DOWN, but to insure YOU, the member that they are looking out for you.
The REASON WHY ALL THE CHECKS…
IT’S BECAUSE TOO MANY DISHONEST CONSUMERS ARE TRYING TO CHEAT THE COSTCO SYSTEM BY EITHER ALLOWING NON MEMBERS (friends & family) TO USE THEIR CARD. Remember when you signed up for membership, there’s clear rules specified. SECONDLY there are thieves, yes thieves who are members who try to use SELF CHECK OUT who not only allow others to use their cards whether they themselves are with or without the person AND FAIL TO SCAN ALL PURCHASES… “5 finger discount”. YES, I as a Costco member have seen this theft trying to be pulled several times. SECURITY CAMERAS ARE THERE FOR A PURPOSE… they are being monitored that alert store security & management to try to stop this theft.
And you wonder why the price of everything everywhere in our economy is high… DON’T BLAME IT ON THE GOVERNMENT… BLAME THE INFLATION ON THIEVES LIKE THIS WHO FORCE THE BUSINESSES TO INCREASE COSTS TO MAKE UP FOR THEIR BIG LOSSES.
Instead of getting upset at Employees..
Get upset at the cheating fellow members.
Keep up the great work Costco!”

“I went to the Costco to return a set of chairs that I purchased online. The chairs were so large that they had to be placed on the top of my forerunner. I had no idea how it was gonna take the chairs down when I got there. I got double lucky. A parking spot opened up right adjacent to where the carts were located. There was a flat cart that was large enough for me to be able to put the chairs onto it. The last great thing was that there was a shopping cart attendant at the location where I parked and was willing to help me get it off my car. I can’t tell you how thankful I was with my experience. The return process was very easy and I did not need to have my receipt present.
The one other thing that was really nice was that the line was very quick moving and it didn’t take very long to get my return completed

However the parking layout is one of the worst I have ever seen due to the long skinny shape of the site. Additionally the right turn in only driveway blocks traffic on Fletcher Parkway and the pedestrian crossing on the main driveway causes congestion. Unfortunately I don't think there is anything to do to solve it.”

“The name of the company that I picked up its different from Weber but apparently it's the same!!Got here 8:30 for a 1300 pick up, got a dock right the way out by 900, very tight to back in and get in, use the first drive way no matter what way u come down on the street”
