“The salesperson (destiny or desiree...i think desiree)Thursday afternoon was amazing ? i went there for 2 specific items that i wasnt even gonna try on lol and not only did she somehow get me into a fitting room she did that while quadrupling my oginal list... I ended up spending a tad bit more than intended, all needed things, and i got a lot of stuff but added bonus i didnt hate this shopping experience... First time going into a mall in so long i dont even remember the last time... She should get a raise”

He walked me through the entire process and made sure every part was perfect for my liking. Even though their system was down, the service was flawless. “Very well organized and open. Simple to navigate and find what you need without requiring assistance from staff. Staff are helpful and do not refrain from helping in anyway. Changing rooms plentiful and very clean. Clothing is always in stock and have more options then you could ever want.”

She had Hilaree (opening manager), Ashlee (main party host), and Minerva (closing manager) managing the party day of. “We went to the JCPenney Fine Jewelry section. Tanaya, the attendant we had, was so incredibly helpful! We couldn't find any other jewelry with roses in the entire mall. Tanaya stuck with us the entire time and calmly managed our budget and our hopes. We found the perfect necklace!!!”

“Great service in the jewelry section of the store. My friend came in to buy a gift for his significant other for Valentine's Day, there were great sales. He got a silver necklace and there was a huge discount on it on top of the sale if we signed up. The sales woman was transparent and patient with my friend and I throughout this shopping experience. Getting jewelry as a gift can be stressful, but Teaonia was nice to us and very helpful.”

As I'm about ready to give up and leave because I felt defeated and tired of honestly looking she just took over the entire experience, made me go get settled in a room with my 2 crazy kids and just took care of it all. “Second best Forever 21 in San Diego. My fave is the one in Fashion valley mall it has two stories but this one is nice as well. This location is inside of plaza Bonita mall. It is on the upper level right next to the escalator. It is a pretty decent size shop with a dressing room. They had a lot of sales throughout the year. You can get an outfit from heads to toes, they sale all sorts of clothes and accessories. They offer a lot of sizes from XXS to plus sizes. I've always encounter great customer service here and they are pretty quick to check you out too.”
“They always have good staff good brand for less. I want to say something about this store this day the manager Salvador and his other workers Esaias and Antonio who are in charge of ensuring that nothing is stolen in the store I told them that I lost my cell phone and they immediately spoke to each other on the radio To see if they saw my cell phone so fast they went by and found it. I thank them very much for their attention. Please give them something for the work they did and thank you, they deserve gratitude.”
