The owners are careful curators of their store; leaving this book girl in awe of their selection. I found a pristine copy of Miss Masham’s Repose by T. H. White and an excellent copy of Parnassus on Wheels. Having just went to the book town, Hay on Wye in Wales, we were impressed to see that King Richard of Hay on Wye had visited the store. My husband being retired Navy, greatly appreciated their sign on the front of the store defending the American flag; I was impressed by the owner’s vast knowledge of truly great books.”
“This store is so lovely. Their clothing tends towards natural fibers and the earthier side of vintage. So well curated and charming. Also the owners and their kids have been so friendly and engaging.”

Now, I have an Aug. 1959 Popular Mechanics I can thumb through. The year I was born. On the cover-"RACE TO THE MOON- Are the Russians Ahead?" So cool. It really brings back memories.”
“Beautiful shop, nice owner. I love book stores so anything that allows me to wonder around books I love. This bookstore is perfect. Set right next to a small sitting park next to the creek and in an old building from the gold rush era. Books stacked on beautiful shelves and tighly shelved so you wander through a wonderland of books and other sundries. Love it! The owner is really nice and helpful.”
