“A place that has everything to send a package without any fear of missing something. They have FedEx, ups and USPS. They take printout and finer printing. Been going over here for a while for package shipping and it's not too crowded. The uncle in the shop is funny and very polite!”
“I had an experience with a wedding dress that was accidentally sent Ground vs FedEx Priority last week. The panic set in as the online tracking updates showed delivery in 4 days and it was needed the next day! I reached out to the team at the FedEx Ground location in Newark. Sam answered and within a few minutes had already calmed my nerves! While she took the time to educate me as to how the packages travel when using Ground as a shipping option it made so much more sense! She immediately sent an email to all stations involved to do everything in their power to locate this very important pkg ASAP and place on hold for the "Father of the Bride" to pick up on Saturday morning...(the DAY OF THE WEDDING!!!). She was very honest that this was their best effort and no guarantee...but i truly felt that she had placed herself in my shoes!! fast forward to the wedding day...it ARRIVED!!! Sam personally called to let us know and we were trying it on within an hour!! We cannot thank Sam and her hard working team for the magic they all performed to make this a wonderful day!!! Please let her know how much we value her...I'd recommend this location to everyone you know!!!”

“The staff at the location are so patient and helpful. We went here after trying to get passport renewed at the Dusterberry Way location in vain. While the folks at Dusterberry had attitude and found every way to reject our renewal form, the folks at Newark patiently worked with the same form and got it done. Worth every mile of extra drive.”
