He walked me through taking my bed apart which was a Lifestyle bed and mattress. His name is Phan Tien. He was extremely helpful and very patient.”

“Im very pleased with my Sierra Living Concepts furniture. I purchased a solid wood bed queen size and nightstands with drawers from the brocton rustic series. The ordering team worked with me and helped customize the height of the Bedford. She also helped match the stain to a set of drawers I have in the room. The level if support was incredible. I also was able to switch the type of wood used to mahogany wood. The virtual link they provided allowed me to see the building process and provided opportunity to ask questions a d comment on the furniture. The completion of the furniture and shipping was smooth and while it took long from point of order to arrival, it was worth the wait. I ordered white glove delivery and can't say enough about the professionals hired to deliver and build my furniture upon arrival. Im very happy to report that the set arrived without a scratch. Im super happy.”

We came in on Black Friday and he absolutely went above and beyond to help us find the perfect mattress and adjustable bed frame. He was incredibly friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and easy-going the entire time — even when we were literally jumping on a bunch of mattresses in the store trying to figure out what felt right! ?
George took the time to walk us through every option, explain the differences, and make sure we made the right decision for our comfort and sleep needs. On top of that, he hooked us up with a fantastic discount beyond the Black Friday promotion, which made the deal even sweeter.

“I bought outdoor teak furniture from Tom's Outdoor Furniture around 2007. For the last two years or longer, one of the chairs had a missing screw, sleeve and end cap to keep one of the arms in place. Finally, I got around to calling Tom's and they directed me to Classic Patio Furniture.Sure enough, I brought my chair in and they repaired it free of charge with parts that you can't find online because the chairs are made in Indonesia. Very happy with the no-hassle support. Shout out to Cindy and Harry!”
“I was on the hunt for a side table and a reproduction Tulip Table is what I wanted. I looked at many websites, prices are all over the place, most of the tables are made in China. It's hard to tell from a photo the quality of the tables. Bauhaus 2 Your House stood out to me. Their table is made in Italy, the carrara marble for the top is mined in Italy, and the price includes shipping and taxes. I received the side table a couple days ago and I am very pleased. It is exactly as described and it is beautifully made. Very easy transaction, everything went smoothly. I highly recommend Bauhaus 2 Your House!”

“They have a variety of patio furniture from massive outdoor dining sets to smaller armchairs that would fit in a balcony. The teak furniture was very high quality. We purchased two armchair that came with nice cushions, and a small teak table. The salesperson was very helpful. If you like to try and feel the furniture before you buy, they have a great selection! If the furniture fits in your car/truck, you can get them right after the purchase (which was a big perk for us)”
“used Eco Office to help furnish our new office in Jack London Square, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Matt was incredibly helpful and patient, answering all my questions thoroughly. His suggestions for the design were thoughtful and helped guide the process.
The initial design was shared in Excel, which provided a basic layout. When I requested more detail, they promptly provided a catalog with pictures, making decision-making much easier. The colors and designs we received matched the catalog perfectly. I was genuinely impressed by how accurate the color selections were.
On installation day, Jose and his team arrived on time and did a great job. They worked efficiently and ensured that the space was cleaned up afterward, which I really appreciated.
I’ll use Eco Office again when we move to a larger space. Highly recommended!

“Huge store! So much to see! Lots of room displays to get ideas for home design, decor, storage and more. Plan to get lots of steps! Arrows on floor to help you make your way through the two large floors. Cafeteria style eating area. Most prices on merchandise are great!”

We decided it was time to move on from Home Depot level patio furniture and I used Yelp to pull up five vendors who sold quality furniture with high ratings that we would look at. Of the five we looked at, three were eliminated due to eye-popping prices or selection.
We went to look at the McGill Teak showroom where we met Minnie.
They had a good selection of high quality stuff and there were a number that would have suited us but we narrowed it down to two.
Minnie was great to deal with. She was honest and not in the least pushy, which was very refreshing. I can get very picky on details but she answered all my questions.
We really liked the Rise Rope set of a sofa, two chairs and a table. It's really nice, very comfortable and was a good price so that's what we went with. We also bought a couple of nice teak side tables to complete what we need for the patio.
Minnie just made everything so easy. The delivery was on time, five days later. A really nice experience.
After a long day going around various places we got the set we liked best and even better it was a good price. A good end to our day.”

The sofa is just our style, mid century modern, in beautiful condition, and was a good value. Plus, Martin's customer service was over the top exceptional! “I want to give this store a HUGE kudos for amazing communication and crowd control. I lined up for BTS light stick release this morning. The staff came out communicated very clearly on the instruction. It turned out Pokemon release happened on the same day. Employee told us to split 2 lines: BTS & Pokemon. The staff told us to follow them into the store in the line. There was another staff monitoring the merch section and only allowed one shopper at the time to grab the merch. There was no pushing or physically getting hurt. It was a positive and pleasant shopping experience. I was able to get what I want without fighting. Whoever came up with this game plan is genius.
