I waited 37 minutes on hold for a yes or no question. Yes we have it in stock or no we do not have it in stock. Unacceptable, I could've driven there quicker.

If you know where you are going and what you need, then Home depot is the place. Finding someone in the department you want material form, let alone someone that works in the same department is a hit and miss. Sometimes I feel like finding Waldo is easier.
