“Went to The Newark Home Depot in search of blinds for the window in my house. I stumbled upon this young fellow and not knowing how things work, he showed me to the blinds section where I was taken back by the various options shown to me. He was quick and speedy ask what it was I needed done which such charm. He made the process so easy and painless, he even called a fellow worker to assist me in cutting my blinds to the exact measurement. He even boxed up my product for me. I will be searching for him next time when I need assistance. He really cared about the depot where doers get things done. And I count myself as a doers, he really showed me how to get it done. “We had our second floor house addition done . As we were shopping around we discovered contractor warehouse HD supply . While we visited Santa Clara , the closest to our house was Hayward. The price was right and we had to order door, windows , bath tub , toilets , shower door. If any one has done a large home addition you would know how challenging it could be to place large orders. We placed 22 windows, with 22 door and a lot more. It wasn't easy until Shirley stepped in to help us and sort our order. She spent hrs ensuring our order was correct and placed on time. She went above and beyond her line of duty to ensure we were satisfied. She did not stop there she also gave us her direct contact and email if we had any further questions. If there were open it she followed through email or phone call. Having Shirly at contractor warehouse was like have someone backing you in your construction project and she took away most of our headache . Even when we received our order and we had issues with couple of window , she again stepped in sort it out for us. We never had to follow up, she alway took the initiative to follow through . We come to rely on Shirley to the level I could send my son to pick stuff from contractor warehouse knowing Shirley will get him the right size/ style/ color/ design . Had it not been for here I probably wouldn't have purchased all this from Contractor warehouse. Thanks Shirley!”

“We went to this Home Depot this morning to buy a solid mesh for my bird cage. Miguel who works around aisle 28 helped us get the exact mesh we wanted. He is extremely professional, answers all our questions, and gives us his professional advice. He also goes above and beyond by helping us cutting a small piece off and rolling the rest into a bundle for easy carrying. “Finally found a kumquat tree at this Home Depot. When asking the cashier (whose name is "Tawheed" on the receipt) for a bag, he told me to literally go to the Garden Center, which was closed, and get it MYSELF from behind the cashier desk. The audacity... considering I'm on a boot and disabled, using a scooter cart.Meanwhile, Lei, hears him and offered to go get it for me. She was more than accommodating and has provided an excellent level of Customer Support/Care. She deserved a 5-Star!However the most I can give is a 4-Star, due to her colleague who couldn't have cared less. He should be ashamed of being lazy and showing up to work. Stay home next time with withcha rude self (Tawheed)!”
