Although there was an issue with our reservation due to the hotel’s new system, he handled the situation professionally and efficiently, ensuring we were comfortable and well taken care of the entire time. His attentiveness truly made a positive difference in our experience.
The room was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate all three of us. While the property did not offer many amenities, the two king beds were extremely comfortable and more than made up for it. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely return again.”
“First time I stay at this hotel, and it was ok. They have a huge pool, a jacuzzi, the rooms are ok. Mine had just one trash can, nothing in the actual bathroom though, I had to ask for one since it was weird to get just… one.
Early check in available for a fee. If you need to print something, you can ask directly to the staff at the front desk since the whole computer/printer there won’t work. I saw the gym, it’s near the lobby, I wasn’t able to get it.
The breakfast is really good, you can see what’s on the menu for the whole week. You have an Applebee’s and a Denny’s walking distance. Also you have Fremont Hub super close, you can walk or take the bus there.
Overall nice place, can’t complain.
The rooms have a fridge, a microwave and that’s it. Coffee machine and another one next to the front desk.”
“I stopped here for a quick overnight visit. On my way home from SFO. The hotel was clean. The service of the desk was friendly late at night. And the parking lot was well lit. I would highly recommend this place for a quick overnight visit right, it is right off the freeway and extremely safe and convenient.”

“Excellent place to stay, surprisingly quiet despite its proximity to I-680. The staff is friendly and accommodating, allowing me to check in early at no extra cost. The room is comfortable with a great bed and pillows, plus the convenience of cooking facilities and a full-size fridge. Free parking is a bonus, and it's conveniently located near stores like Safeway. Within walking distance of restaurants and cafes, my overall experience was fantastic, and I would return without hesitation. Despite a few issues with my key card, the staff was consistently kind, apologetic, and helpful. They were very accommodating, and I appreciated their understanding when I extended my stay and requested a cleaning.Rooms: Embrace simplicity in my cozy room – it may not be a fancy hotel, but it's a comfortable retreat that welcomes you with warmth and practicality, creating a home away from home.Walkability: Enjoy the convenience of walkability with a gas station, cafe, and grocery stores just steps away – making every stroll a blend of fuel, caffeine, and groceries in a single neighborhood.”

The rooms are nice and clean with remodelled bathrooms. Hotel is usually very quiet/peaceful and very convenient being walking distance from Warm Springs BART and next to a strip mall with a fantastic Asian supermarket and lots of restaurants.”
“This hotel is close to the highway, but it was quiet enough. I had no issue with the noise. It's not quite a newly built hotel, so the room design, HVAC system, and some details like mold or fabrics can be a little bit outdated, but I had a decent stay (the room that I got had an HVAC issue, and the staff kindly changed my room to a new one, which had zero issue). I highly value the hotel's efforts to minimize plastic and disposable items at breakfast. I can understand hotels that don't do this due to management/cost aspects, but I believe this kind of effort should be highly appreciated! Overall, it's not a fancy or new hotel but decent enough w/o any issues, so I do recommend.”

“Overall, our stay here was very nice. The staff were super friendly. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The shower has good water pressure. Just as an FYI you do have to pay $3/night for parking, but there is plenty of parking! Overall 10/10. The rooms tend to get super humid though!”
