“Overall a great experience. The hotel had some serious Renovations going on so made it a bit of a challenge but was able to get through. Elevator shutdown a few times as well. This is a great location in the East Bay very Central to many different things to get to I would definitely recommend staying here again. The breakfast area was well stocked and very clean. Great updates throughout the room.”

“I would almost give this hotel just one star—because it has completely ruined every other hotel stay for me since I stayed here. It has set an exceptionally high standard that now feels like the baseline expectation.
As someone who travels frequently for work and has essentially lived in hotels for the past six years, I can confidently say this is, by far, the best property I have ever experienced. I would choose it over many of the high-end resorts I’ve stayed at.
From the outstanding staff and their genuine hospitality, to the excellent complimentary breakfast and evening social hour, impeccable cleanliness, strong sense of security, comfortable and well-appointed rooms, and every other detail, this hotel consistently exceeds expectations. I’m thoroughly impressed with the establishment and the way it is managed.

“Excellent. Old-style Residence Inn (several separate buildings that are not connected to each other or the lobby). VERY CLEAN! Excellent location. One of the best breakfast rooms and included breakfast I've ever had at a Residence Inn. The two breakfast ladies are so friendly and work so hard to keep everything clean and well stocked. This is the first Marriott property I have stayed in since COVID that offered daily housekeeping. Our room was excellent.”

“Recently renovated. Spacious rooms with microwaves and refrigerators. Excellent breakfast. There is a fun staircase in the lobby that the kids loved. Small outdoor pool that the kids also loved. Definitely the nicest La Quinta I have ever seen.
Quick update: We came back 7 years later and IT’S STILL AMAZING! Gorgeous rooms, amazing service, perfectly located. Ten out of ten!”

“Nice size room fitted bed sheet is extremely rough, needed to sleep on the top sheet with comforter. This happens from washing these items in extra hot water, bleach and no softener.
Bed was a bit softer than the previous night which I stayed in a Holiday Inn hotel not express. That bed was extremely hard.
Location is not bad, really didn't hear much noise.
Shower temperature and water pressure was perfect.
Towels and bit rough.
Wifi was strong in my room.
Good business choice for overnight stay.

“Good place to stay for a couple of days, it doesn’t have any bath mats so be prepared for some wet areas. Breakfast is always different but subpar. Free coffee and tea at anytime is a PLUS for me.”
“Laleeka Murray at the Best Western in Pleasanton, CA made our stay genuinely better from start to finish. The moment we walked in to check in, she greeted us with a warm, sincere smile and a welcoming energy that instantly put us at ease. You can tell she truly enjoys helping people—her loving disposition and positive attitude felt natural, not forced, and it set the tone for our entire stay.
What impressed me even more was seeing that same brightness a few days later when we checked out early in the morning. Even at that hour, Laleeka was cheerful, attentive, and kind, making the whole process smooth and pleasant. She has a rare way of making guests feel seen and cared for. “This is a fantastic place. We used it for familiy trip to The San Francisco area. Big 2 bedroom apartement. Very clean and very friendly place/staff. Omelet bar is a nice touch on the breakfast that includes hot waffles as well. The pool is (very) heated making it SO useful with kids. The BART ride foir the city center is easy. We would stay here again for sure”

“I had a very pleasant couple of days at this hotel. The front desk staff were quite frankly delightful both at check in and check out (shout-out to Juliette) and so lovely to us. The rooms were very clean and tidy.
I was very surprised that the building we stayed in didn't have an elevator, but they made that clear before they gave us the second floor room we requested, so it was our choice to lug out stuff up and down the stairs. They also upgraded our room free of charge because we prefer to be on a higher floor, which was very kind.
The two things that were less than five stars for me are the weird couch (the back reclined rather steeply and then it had these weird bolster things on the back that sort of pushed your head forward) and that the mattress was firmer than what I usually find in hotels. The rest of my stay was so pleasant, however, that I would not cross this location off my list for the future.”

“First time I stay at this hotel, and it was ok. They have a huge pool, a jacuzzi, the rooms are ok. Mine had just one trash can, nothing in the actual bathroom though, I had to ask for one since it was weird to get just… one.
Early check in available for a fee. If you need to print something, you can ask directly to the staff at the front desk since the whole computer/printer there won’t work. I saw the gym, it’s near the lobby, I wasn’t able to get it.
The breakfast is really good, you can see what’s on the menu for the whole week. You have an Applebee’s and a Denny’s walking distance. Also you have Fremont Hub super close, you can walk or take the bus there.
Overall nice place, can’t complain.
The rooms have a fridge, a microwave and that’s it. Coffee machine and another one next to the front desk.”

The lobby restaurant, Lone Oak, had good dinner and breakfast, the recommended Asian rice bowl (a little too sweet for me) and chicken wings were delicious. The avocado toast with whole egg (instead of egg whites) had lots of guacamole and was superb.”

“This is a older property but very well maintained. I enjoyed the one night I stayed. The room was clean, no stains on the carpets and the sofa even had fresh vacuum marks. There is plenty of parking and its right next to the freeway so the location is ideal. Check in was a breeze and the staff represented the Hilton brand to the T! I definitely will consider this property again when I dont feel like making that long commute to work.”
