“I needed a specific refrigerator. I called Appliance, talk to Shaun on the phone, he had it in stock and he could deliver it that day. Is delivery guys are up, and he delivered it to me that afternoon personally. This was for a tenant whose refrigerator went out so time is important. Was very satisfied with that.

Next day, another refrigerator went out he secured one for me, and delivered it through his guys and they came on time and took it to a second floor and took the old refrigerator away. I don’t get this kind of service from any other appliance store I deal with. And I will never deal with Airport Appliance again unless I really have to. They’re awful.”

“Shopping for tile is usually super stressful, so I didn’t expect much going in. The selection here is solid, but what really made my experience great was Stephanie’s customer service. She was genuinely helpful without being pushy, and you could tell she really knew her stuff, but she wasn’t overwhelming about it. She let us know about the contractor discount right away and double-checked what was in stock, which saved us a lot of time. Stephanie was also really patient as we took forever to calculate our square footage, and she made sure we understood the restocking fee up front if we needed to return anything. We ended up going home happy with our Sahara white tiles. Search officially over!”

While working with Lusso, we changed our minds a lot. A big shoutout to Jinwen who was very patient with us and tirelessly modifying the designs so we could compare our options.
