I'm so glad Enriquez Western Wear is just right there near my work so I swung by my lunch and grabbed some goodies!!I got:- woman's boots- woman hat- man's belt- man's hat The store owners were also so helpful and helpful welcoming as this was the first time here. “I recently had such a good experience with this Hot Topic. I've come to this location a few times the last couple of years and it's changed so much! For starters, the team's customer service skills are great! I also had some $5 coupons that one of the workers (Alex if I remember correctly?) checked my account for, thank you! The 2 cashiers were so nice and friendly to my kids, who are whining about going back already This is probably the best I've seen this store run in a few years, so kudos to Newparks Hot topic! Hopefully the mall grows with the new construction plan which would help the rest of the mall not look like a ghost town anymore”

“Some discounted deals toward the back - clean organized store even just days before Christmas. Discount rack toward the back - for super bargains. They had good prices overall to begin with. I liked the quality of their belts for example. Good value for the dollar - simple clean design. No nonsense. Probably won't last forever but for now my search is over. Clean organized store. During this holiday shopping madness - I'm sure it means that the people who work here actually do a good job at multitasking. Like they say at restaurants - "if there is time to lean there is time to clean." The jeans looked ok here - didn't try any on ever - I think I noticed an advertisement for a model in a wheelchair wearing them. Nice touch for equality. Overall it is in Newpark mall which is lots less popular than Stoneridge or the San Francisco Super Premium Glorious Outlet Mall of Livermore.”

“I've been coming here for years and have seen different "phases" of this store and new management has definitely turned this place around! The space is more open and friendlier to the eyes. All the staff members offer the same quality of service and truly take care of you (which is refreshing compared to past experiences). Overall I'm happy this store has turned around and am excited to see what other changes will come for this store!”

“I was needing some adidas socks for my yeezys and could not find a store that had the quarter length. The staff was very friendly to help me and showed me where the socks were. They were also nice to complement the shoes I was currently wearing. Although I didn't buy any shoes, the customer service here is good.”

“I visited the Macy's in New Park Mall to purchase shoes. A quick walk through and it was clean, neat and quiet. No clothes all over the floor, and everything in it's place. This location is immaculate compared to the Eastridge location which is a horrible mess!”
