“I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Tommy Bahama store, and I must say it was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped inside, I was transported to a tropical paradise. The store's vibrant and inviting atmosphere truly captured the essence of the Tommy Bahama brand.One of the first things that caught my attention was the impeccable interior design. The store's layout was well-organized, making it easy to navigate and explore the wide variety of products available.The staff at Tommy Bahama was incredibly friendly and helpful. They greeted me with warm smiles and were always ready to assist me with any questions or requests I had. Their extensive knowledge about the products and their genuine enthusiasm for the brand made my shopping experience even more enjoyable.”

“Vuori is one of luxury activewears competing with other two brands in Stanford shopping center. Cannot say whose product quality is the best, but definitely Vuori’s sales associate is on the top in terms of customer services.I visited Vuori several times. The staff is always friendly, showed willing to help, but not aggressive and pushy. One of the recent visits, I tried to find an item that’s sold out from online. I showed the item to one of the staff Noah. There was no inventory at store as expected. However, Noah was going beyond and called both Santana Row and SF stores. Eventually I am able to get the item which I didn’t hold much hope before visiting. Kudos Noah!Afterall, Vuori’s DreamKnits is super comfortable and definitely will go back to purchase more”

“Love this store! Jacob was superhelpful in helping me find a great business suit! He went out of his way to help me find shoes similar to what I'd pair with the suit to get a better feel of how it would look put together. The tailor, Mr.Said, took careful measurements and voila the suit was ready in a couple weeks! And Peter today helped me pick it up. (And he may have a second career as a Yelp cinematographer!) Super gracious! Zegna never disappoints! Been here before and now back again!”

On the first floor is the cologne/perfume area, and I looked for a Dolce & Gabbana area, which they don't have. When I asked someone, I got attention from three people who were eager for me to try some exclusive brand that NM carries. We started talking about cologne scents like others discuss wine, which was new for me. Do I like citrus, or something a bit astringent? I didn't even know how to answer, but they had plenty of options for me to try. They handed me a glass of champagne, and even offered a second, which I declined. I took a look at the third floor restaurant and bar, because I was more likely to eat there than shop much elsewhere in the store. The menu looked casual impressive. Again, I really enjoy looking around a NM, regardless of whether I get anything.”

“I love shopping at the store for the men in my life. I recently bought a shirt for my daughters boyfriend for Xmas. I gave two shirts in different sizes to see which fit better and wanted them back so I could wrap them as presents. He did not want to give one back because he liked it so much. I finally convinced him to return it. He's very fit but a little muscular and loved the slim, large fit. It's now a joke in our family that it's his favorite shirt to my daughters annoyance. Really terrific staff at the palo Alto location. I have also purchased several very nice dresses for myself. These are some of my favorite dressy casual's.”

“Seroun and the rest of the staff at WB were amazing. Usually salespeople at higher end boutiques can be standoffish, but these girls were kind and warm. They gave great suggestions without being pushy at all. The designer inventory here is much better (and better organized) than next door Neiman's, plus they have amazing sales. “Really cute vintage / thrift shop in the Palo Alto area for modern everyday tees jackets etc. Literally always get my best back to school pieces here. I feel like a lot of the negative reviews are coming from older people and the store is definitely more for the younger crowd /30 and under but they do have pieces for everyone and lots of menswear”

“I have bought a few articles of this brand from Bloomingdales. I was thrilled to see they opened a store at Stanford Mall. The clothes stocked were cute and a variety of sizes. The young man working was extremely friendly and personable. He helped me findy size and was just a delightful person which is a plus when shopping. I left with a few items I can't wait to wear.”

“I drove all around the town&country parking lot looking for the store. While in a good location, since it is a new store, the signage was minimal. The trek was worth it, but they need to be more visible. Next to a poke shop across from cupcakes! They'd get a 5 star if they made it easier to find.I love the flannel and linens, and I was tempted to buy a robe as a gift this season. They even have recycled dryer balls. The entire store is very eco friendly. I need to replace my guest bedroom sheets with a jersey sets after the holidays.”

She was superhelpul and initiated the process of picking up my suit.Even got a special hand written letter from Ricardo, the tailor, who custom made my suit! Super personal touch! Jeff & Hassan dropped what they were doing to say Hi! AND helped out! Bespoke is bespoke!Tried on the suit! Marvelous!Hassan recommended the smallest changes. Went with his expertise.Had to leave with the beautiful white shirts Lisha brought over...and ordered another bespoke sport coat! And went with Jeff's recommended white buttons for added flare! Should look fab at work and at play! (Cue in 80's-theme jingle riff)Cuz' I love workin' and playin' day and night. Brunello's got the look that's right. Would buy everything again! “Wandered into Marine Layer as it was my first time in the shopping center and I had recognized some of the clothes that were out on display from the outside that I had seen in other small boutiques. I did not know much about the brand until that day. The guy on staff was super nice and knowledgable in the brand and the clothes. I learned a lot on my first visit and it had left a memorable mark. If you haven't felt the material of the clothes, well, they feel absolutely amazing! I like how a lot of their styles are classic items while others have more style and fun colors, patterns, or materials used. I created a mental list of some of the items I hope to add to my cart when I am able to again. He mentioned how some of these items would be great to wear while traveling and I totally can picture it. Comfy, casual, can be fashionable in your own way, dress it up or down, there are many ways to style Marine Layer clothes. I also liked how this is a San Francisco brand. Thought the fitting room decor back area was also really nice - set a nice mood. The t-shirt or apparel vending machine in the back was also a cool little thing they had there. Some of the items are on the pricey side, but there are also reasonably priced items and some that have a deal like buy 3 get % off or something of that nature. They had a good amount of items on their sale section too.”

“Thanks so much to the cashier at this location who helped me yesterday afternoon. I noticed a loose thread on the sweater I was going to buy. I mentioned that I didn't think it was my fault(it caught on my earring when I was taking it off) but expected her to say either nothing or say that it probably was. Instead, she didn't even address it but offered to get me a new one. All done in a matter of moments. Wow! She's got it down. Great training or very smart sales associate. Customer for life now.”

“I'm surprised Splendid has such negative reviews. I love this store and they have AMAZING sales. Their kids sales are particularly great. For example, when I went with my son at the start of the year, all of the kids clothes (literally all of them) were $19 including adorable, high-quality sweatsuit sets. I was tempted by so many of the adorable clothes but settled on matching sweatsuits for my 5 and 1 year old boys. My husband was very jealous that they didn't have it in his size and I would have bought it for me too if it came in women's!The employees that work here are always so nice too! Make sure you come in especially to look at the adorable baby and kids clothes.”
