I'm so glad Enriquez Western Wear is just right there near my work so I swung by my lunch and grabbed some goodies!!I got:- woman's boots- woman hat- man's belt- man's hat The store owners were also so helpful and helpful welcoming as this was the first time here. I definitely recommend!”

“I've been coming here for years and have seen different "phases" of this store and new management has definitely turned this place around! The space is more open and friendlier to the eyes. All the staff members offer the same quality of service and truly take care of you (which is refreshing compared to past experiences). Overall I'm happy this store has turned around and am excited to see what other changes will come for this store!”

They were also nice to complement the shoes I was currently wearing. Although I didn't buy any shoes, the customer service here is good.”

“Was doing some late Christmas shopping and last minute decided to grab some jubilees for the kids. I was all confused about sizes had to keep calling and I would consider myself difficult. Never the less I had the pleasure of having Yessenia help me through the process. No matter the question, the countless phone calls she was amazing and helped me through it all. “For those of you who may have been scared off by the bad Yelp reviews or posted them yourself, someone in Management heard you because I recently made a purchase and got fantastic customer service. We were asked a couple times if we were finding what we were looking for or needed help. The cashier (Angelica on the receipt) had those employees working! While she was ringing me up there was a small gathering of employees and in a firm but professional manner she dispatched two to help customers that just walked in and one to clean fingerprints off the doorway entrance. She was multitasking like a pro. I even chuckled and made a comment how she was on 'em. She was friendly and efficient. This is in contrast to the times I've been there previously and employees were leisurely and seemed a little snobby.”
