They were also nice to complement the shoes I was currently wearing. Although I didn't buy any shoes, the customer service here is good.”

“Charles was very helpful today. I actually called this store regarding an issue I had at Valley Fair mall (I ended up with 2 pairs of the wrong size shoes and wrong color from Valley Fair with several employees helping and it took a very long time). I drove to Valley Fair where someone name Joe almost sold me the wrong color even after I showed him the exact shoes online. I ended up with store credit at Valey Fair. I drove back to the Newark location where Charles was very understanding and helped me find the correct shoe. He also remembered me from my phone call earlier today and went out of his way to help me. Also he was very friendly and smiling the whole time and very considerate and courteous,”
