“It was an excellent experience getting my four tires replaced by the Big O Tire. Dajohn was nice, courteous and friendly. He explained the options I had. I walked in without making an appointment, and he promised me it could be done in about 90 minutes. Then, I stopped by the East West Bank and said Hi to friends who are leaders, ranks and files over there. Also, I shopped at the Ranch 99 grocery store. After that, my tires service had been done. In addition to the great tire service I had received, I realized that the Big O Tire also provides services for steering & suspension, oil change, and maintenance for sparkling, A/C, battery, filters, shocks, transmission fluid and brake services. They provide coffee and teas in the back area of the front lobby. I can tell the Big O Tire has a great owner/manager and team while I was waiting in the lobby.”
