They were professional and efficient, completing a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation smoothly. I really appreciated the thorough multi-point inspection, including tire pressure checks and fluid top-offs. Also, the $20 discount for my second vehicle was a great bonus. “Service was good, and overall almost everything was fine.
The only issue I had was with the coupon code. I showed the coupon code on my phone to the staff member. He checked something in the system and told me twice, in a rather firm tone, that the code was not valid.
However, I could clearly see the coupon code on his screen. I asked him to click and apply it, and once he did, the discount was applied successfully.
It seems the coupon code was valid, but the staff member appeared unwilling to apply it until I specifically asked him to do so.”
