“Had a nail in the tire and took my car to Newark Tire & Auto Service for repair. The person at the front desk (rude of me to not ask for his name) helped us check the tire. Turns out the nail was only attached to the tire superficially and not a real puncture. All in all it only took 5 minutes and I was good to go. Didn't charge us for inspection and he even explained why certain puncture is repairable while others are not. Very friendly and good customer service.”
“Came here because of a recall on my Ford vehicle. Booking my appointment was easy and the team was very communicative about how long it would take and when I could come in. Patrick did a great job of explaining the recall reason to me, what work was done on the vehicle, and was quick to notify me when it was done. He also informed me of some maintenance items that needed my attention and provided me with a quote from the dealership, which was helpful and not pushy. “I had an issue with my 2015 Nissan Altima and need to replace both my Rear Brake rotor and pads. Brian was clear and gave a fair range when giving a quote. When I brought my car he checked the gauge and said front brakes are ok and dont need to be changed.
He and his team quickly worked on my car and finished the work before the estimated time.
