“Had a nail in the tire and took my car to Newark Tire & Auto Service for repair. The person at the front desk (rude of me to not ask for his name) helped us check the tire. Turns out the nail was only attached to the tire superficially and not a real puncture. All in all it only took 5 minutes and I was good to go. Didn't charge us for inspection and he even explained why certain puncture is repairable while others are not. Very friendly and good customer service.”

“Bryko Motors did a great job and solved an issue that Fremont BMW had tried to fix but was never successful. Fremont BMW wanted us to replace the turbo, instead these guys were able to find the problem with the connection to the BMW 3 series turbo, figured out a solution, and now it is running great. Bryko Motor also determined that some errors were a result of the battery going out. I would highly recommend Bryko Motors. They know BMWs, are honest, professional, and trust worthy.”

“I recently purchased a used hybrid vehicle from a dealership lot. Unfortunately, the transmission only lasted 10,000 miles. I went to a few local shops only to find out that they do not work on hybrids. I did find one that did work on hybrids but they wanted the charge me $6,000 for a used transmission and installation. I called up precision Auto service and ask them for a quote. I liked the quote and I decided to get my car repaired at their location. They work very quick, thorough and now I have a working hybrid vehicle. Works much better than it did before. I would not hesitate to use them again and I will use them again for another vehicle that I have.Service: Engine repair”

“Where can I start? My sister in law brought her car to this shop as her engine check light was on. (The dealership told her it costs $300 to do all the labor.) She ended up paying less than $100 and had her car fixed immediately. Therefore, I took my car to this shop today since the check engine light was on. The owner took his time to check my car, and the price was super reasonable. (Unlike dealership that costs at least more than 500 every time.) The owner was super responsive, detail oriented, and he took his time to explain how everything works. In addition, I had to wait at least 4-5 hours every time at dealership to fix my car. It only took 2-3 hours for this guy and he's by himself. I will definitely come back here, and he definitely deserves more businesses as we all should support more local business owners.”

“This shop is the only place to go for tires and service. Especially if you have any elderly friends or family members.
I stumbled onto this shop by mere circumstance at a time in need, and from moment number one I was treated with the utmost care. After my experience here I would not think of going anywhere else.
Furthermore I have elderly family and friends and without reservation I just tell them to go to the Newark Big O Tires on Newark Blvd to take care of whatever they need. When the service is over I follow up with any of my friends and the result is always the same. A positive experience at Big O. Nothing is being sold to them unnecessarily.
And if there is a circumstance when a person is in a bind, they will help you immediately. I have seen it happen many times on different occasions
