“I did not realize it was by appointment only, so I ended up showing up to the place. I called the phone number listed and the guy who answered was very accommodating. He was able to meet me in 20 minutes. His name was Froy ( hopefully I spelled that correctly). He was very polite and professional. “Where to begin...my experience at auto land was unlike any other. When I tell you I felt like family, it is not an overstatement. Raja was sweet and communicative and was eager to help me in the process of purchasing my vehicle, he did everything he could to assure an easy experience for myself. Over the phone and in person I felt taken care of. He is a funny, family man who has been in this business since 2002. I left with the perfect car for me, but the experience of buying my car made me want to come back and buy one every month, just so I can go back to the great, auto land. Personally, I don't think five stars is enough for Raja and I wish there was a way to thank him more than just leaving a good review. If you choose to take your business to auto land, I know you will leave satisfied. I would also like to mention that the experience felt relatively COVID safe which I also appreciate. Overall, I left smiling ear to ear in my cute, new car. If I could do it all over again, I would go right back to Auto Land.”
