Additionally, the manager Thor was also incredibly helpful and ensured that my visit was enjoyable. His leadership was evident in the smooth operation of the store and the excellent service provided by the staff.

“I'm so happy I found this place. The owner did a wonderful job on my gold bangle bracelet. The bracelet had been fixed twice by different jewelers. Nowhere near this workmanship. He was able to replace the clasps on my pearl bracelet without having to restring it. Wonderful job. He also fixed the broken watch band on my sons watch. No need to replace the band as I thought. The work he's done is a lost art. His attention to detail and the workmanship is just wonderful. He takes pride in his work and he very nice too. I recommend.”

“My fiance bought me Chanel for my birthday this year. Although we've been together for 13 years he still seems to impress me. I went into the store to exchange my gift for another pair although the one he got me was beautiful, I had my eyes on something else. The girl that was helping us was very helpful. They had a lot of selections of purses and sunglasses. You do have to stand in line as they open the Rope for you to get in and out they don't let too many people in at once. Everyone there was very welcoming and they made our shopping experience nice.”

“I have spent much time at CH Jewelers, not only buying my own Longines watch there, but bringing my son in, who has become a watch aficionado. Gary Ma, I believe the manager there, or at least the watch guru, spent endless time with my teenage son chatting about various fine watches and their various features. He was so kind and generous of his time, which is not universal, I can tell you. My son eventually bought one there. Whenever I have any issue, such as needing a new battery for my quartz one and sometimes to rewind / reset my mechanical automatic watch, he took care of me with the utmost patience, courtesy and professionalism. He also knows tricks about how to get the manual watch working again when others, including jewelers, don’t. He’s a whisperer. Any time we need a new watch or other services, we will always go to Gary first. Thank you Gary!”
