Miriam, who previously worked in the meat department and is now working at the front, provided exceptional customer service from the moment she began assisting me. She was patient, attentive, and genuinely committed to helping me find a solution. It was clear that she cared about making sure my concerns were addressed properly. In addition, Amir, the front end manager, stepped in and demonstrated the same level of professionalism and care. He listened carefully, treated my situation with respect, and made sure everything was handled efficiently. Both Miriam and Amir showed a level of dedication and kindness that truly reflects the best of what customer service should be. Their teamwork and willingness to go the extra mile made a stressful situation much easier. What stood out the most was their attitude. Neither of them treated my concerns like a burden. Instead, they took the time to ensure I felt heard and supported. That kind of service is rare and deserves recognition. Employees like Miriam and Amir are a huge asset to your store and represent the values that keep customers coming back. I want management to know that experiences like this are the reason I continue to shop at Costco. The customer service was fantastic and they were able to explain all the details and specifications in the products I was looking for. They were also helpful in explaining the design process for a new restaurant and the equipment that fits the restaurant.”

“Costco is good, but the bulk size is necessary. Fo real though you really 1 50oz jar it mayonnaise. Fo real playa no one does. But why they hire cute girls only. Service is always fast, the gas line is a bit of wait ya feel killah. Value depends only the hotdog is worrth it!”

All refunds will be issued by check and mailed within 7 to 10 business days. Items cannot be returned for a refund past the 30 days purchase date.The date of your purchase was on 09/30/22, and you came to our shop to make a return on 01/6/23. Since your purchase date was well over 30 days, we could have denied your return. We are predominately a wholesaler, but we understand that some of our retail customers may need more than 30 days to complete their staircase project which is why we allow in certain cases for customers to return items for a partial refund past 30 days. However the restocking fee increases each month from the time it takes you to return your items.We would like to apologize to you if we were not clear about this, or if there was any misunderstanding regarding our return policy. I reviewed our email correspondence, and we did inform you of a possible increase of restocking fee that will be applied if returns are past 30 days of the purchase date. But since we did not have any additional info regarding your exact purchase date at the time of your email inquiry, we failed to inform you that the restocking fee was going to be 60%. “Just a quick update on Costco Hayward. Costcos are generally the same around. This one is not too bad and has a plenty of parking. I rarely go to this one as it's a further one. It is a pretty busy location, so try to aim for shopping during non-peak times. This time around it was just a normal Costco run, finding Coke Zero, finding a deal for sweatpants. And easily paid and checked out.”

“I spent several hours here with a friend picking out Church flowers for a special event. I brought my three-year-old child with me. I was not prepared so when you come, and you’re gonna spend time picking flowers make sure you wear layers and a very warm coat because he place where they keep the flowers is refrigerated and you can get very very cold. Also good to note that the Internet does not work while you’re inside of the cold storage so if you need to access that you have to step back outside again. The place was clean and relatively well stocked. We were looking for some bright orange, tropical flowers, like bird of paradise and another one. I can’t remember the name of and they didn’t have any. It was a little frustrating because we were trying to plan our floral arrangement around those flowers and they didn’t know specifically when they were coming in, but I also appreciate that they don’t know exactly when the flowers are coming based on where they’re coming from and how they’re getting there like a cargo ship. Just keep these things in mind and you may have to shop at multiple locations if you’re looking for specific flowers.”
