“This Ralph’s location just replaced all their carts, their card machines were updated at the self check out(might do apples pay now, will have to test and update). Staff is incredibly friendly.

At the end of 2023 started a remodel and moved everything around. They don’t seem to have as much in stock, forcing me to switch to another grocery store. It’s a bummer it changed, it feels dirty and is NOT a benchmark compared to their competitors around town.
Edit 2024: 5 stars. Remodel done, don’t know where anything is but Ralph’s is back, customer service is another level compared to its competitors. Everyone is super nice, actually friendly and helpful. Albertsons should take notes.”

“We stopped in for lunch on the way home from Santa Barbara for sandwiches. The cashier made us delicious sandwiches and when we didn't eat all of it, offered to wrap the rest of it in foil and pack it in ice for us since we had a long drive ahead of us. We were looking for a quick stop for lunch and found better than expected sandwiches and exceptional service. Highly recommended.”
