“We’ve had a wonderful experience at Moorpark Veterinary Hospital with my rabbit, Chud. 🐰 The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and gentle with him, which made the entire visit much less stressful. It’s always important to me to find a veterinary team that understands how to properly care for rabbits, and I felt very comfortable having Chud in their hands.

She took care of my old guy who needed teeth removed because of EORTH. He sailed through the procedure after a night spent in a comfortable environment. “My teenage daughter and I had an emergency with our pet rabbit, Flopsy. She was acting very strangely and struggling to breathe, repeatedly lifting her head to catch her breath. I called several veterinary clinics, and NP Veterinary Clinic was the only one that agreed to see us immediately.
Tragically, our beloved bunny took her last breath in my daughter's arms in the exam room. We were both in complete shock and broke down crying in disbelief. The entire staff at NP Veterinary Clinic comforted us during one of the most heartbreaking moments we've ever experienced. They made sure Flopsy was no longer suffering, and everyone treated us with incredible compassion, kindness, and patience.
They even gave us a discount on the visit, which was deeply appreciated. They carefully wrapped Flopsy with dignity and placed her in a box so we could bring her home to bury in our backyard.
A few days later, we received a sympathy card signed by the entire team. That thoughtful gesture meant so much to us.
Although losing Flopsy was incredibly painful, we will always remember the kindness and compassion we received from everyone at NP Veterinary Clinic. We strongly recommend this wonderful team to anyone who needs caring veterinary service for their beloved pets.”

“I wanted to take my dog in to see a vet for something I was concerned about. It was Saturday and I was dreading waiting to Monday and then having to wait even longer to get an appt. I called around and stumbled upon Pet Headquarters and got a same day clinic appt!! It was such a wonderful relief. Especially since I work late hours on week days! The facility was clean. The receptionist friendly. I had no wait after the paperwork was complete and was escorted to a room. The provider came in promptly and examined my doggie and provided on hands care and prescribed antibiotics. It was such a wonderful experience.
