He was funny, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable, which made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. Jacob took the time to answer all of our questions, helped us explore different options, and made sure we found exactly what we needed. On top of that, he worked with us to get a really great deal. I walked into the place and it was like walking into glamor and Aww. “I stopped by this Ross location this morning to get a sandle to wear inside or outside the house. I had time to waste before my wife graduation near by so I stopped by here. They weren't that busy since I came in the early morning but the bad part is that they only had 1 cashier working. I found the sandle I wanted so I got it and went to the line to pay for it. The person working the jewelry or sunglasses area was confusing some older guest she was helping and giving them conflicting information. She was helping them but instead of letting them pay with her, she told them to get in line which was long and pay for their item. The older guest were old with a crane so when I was the next guest about to pay, I let them go since they were there before me anyway. The store was nicely organized in the morning though so it was one of the nicer Ross I been to.”

“Fantastic place. I've gotten my college and law school diplomas framed here. Along with the front page of the LA Times from when the Dodgers won the world series. I love the attitude from the people here, super friendly and welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable on design. If you are still figuring out how you want something framed they helped me decide some colors and textures (including telling me they had a blue felt that matched Dodger Blue!).I will forever be coming here as long as I need *good* frames and as long as they are here. And the prices are fair for what you get. A good frame isn't cheap, but the quality of work from them is very much worth the price.”

“If you are looking for upscale kitchen gadgets, linens, or just like to peruse home goods, this is the place, lol. I can spend a good hour walking through the store, checking out their furnishings, decorations, and clearance items. And if all that shopping makes you hungry, check out the specialty food items. The line usually moves along smoothly. I had an unmarked kitchen spoon that the woman at the register took the time to compare with other items to give me an accurate price.”
“Ross has always been one of those clothing stores that if you have the time to search you'll find some great, name brand pieces. I ended up having to return a pair of jeans, because I didn't like the fit. The return process was easy and my debit card was refunded within minutes of leaving the store. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is, because I found myself picking up clothing that had fallen onto the floor and hanging them up over and over throughout the store. It would really make the store stand out and look clean and organized if their wasn't so many items just left on the floor. Makes it seem like the store is dirty and no one really cares.”
