“I believe his name was M Ari at the store in chatsworth. I brought in vintage Murano lamps and he was extremely knowledgeable on the product and gave excellent recommendations for shades. I was incredibly impressed by what he recommended and he was very helpful with my purchases. I even had to return one that I bought without his help and that was an easy processed and he made an even better suggestion. I highly recommend him.”

““I had such a wonderful experience at El pablado . The showroom was beautifully organized, making it easy to picture how pieces would look in my home. The staff was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful—never pushy. They took the time to answer my questions and gave great suggestions that fit both my style and budget. The quality of the furniture is excellent, and delivery was smooth and on time. I’m thrilled with my purchase and will definitely be coming back for future home needs”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a wonderful experience at Ashley’s! My sales associate, Jacob, was absolutely fantastic. He was funny, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable, which made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. Jacob took the time to answer all of our questions, helped us explore different options, and made sure we found exactly what we needed. On top of that, he worked with us to get a really great deal. A big thank you as well to his manager, Angeles, who approved the deal and made the purchase even better. We left feeling confident and happy with our new furniture. If you’re shopping at Ashley’s, I highly recommend asking for Jacob—you’ll be in excellent hands!”

“For all those who are looking for furniture from the quality home, this is a safe option... if it is not the best one. And if you are looking for Quality in customer service and attention, I can believe that it is the best option by far, since in the past I have visited other shops in the same area, where not only did I not find cordiality in the attention, but I could not buy in those places because of the lack of concern from the staff. However, here, at Ashley Home Store I have found good prices, good quality, highly qualified staff, Freddy the manager, Edda and Mary on the sales floor were very friendly and worried about every step of the purchase, I definitely recommend them 100%. Do not regret arriving in this place. GO... DO NOT let the opportunity pass.”

Faviola (in Santa Clarita) and Scott (owner in Glendale) went above and beyond by taking their time and ensuring everything was handled with perfection. I highly recommend their services.”

“Miniso's collection has grown. I remember when my daughter liked shopping here because they had some sort of deal with We Bare Bares. Now they have so many characters, including Sanrio. “I stopped by this Ross location this morning to get a sandle to wear inside or outside the house. I had time to waste before my wife graduation near by so I stopped by here. They weren't that busy since I came in the early morning but the bad part is that they only had 1 cashier working. I found the sandle I wanted so I got it and went to the line to pay for it. The person working the jewelry or sunglasses area was confusing some older guest she was helping and giving them conflicting information. She was helping them but instead of letting them pay with her, she told them to get in line which was long and pay for their item. The older guest were old with a crane so when I was the next guest about to pay, I let them go since they were there before me anyway. The store was nicely organized in the morning though so it was one of the nicer Ross I been to.”

“Fantastic place. I've gotten my college and law school diplomas framed here. Along with the front page of the LA Times from when the Dodgers won the world series. I love the attitude from the people here, super friendly and welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable on design. If you are still figuring out how you want something framed they helped me decide some colors and textures (including telling me they had a blue felt that matched Dodger Blue!).I will forever be coming here as long as I need *good* frames and as long as they are here. And the prices are fair for what you get. A good frame isn't cheap, but the quality of work from them is very much worth the price.”

“Cuidado con la señorita cajera de esta mañana trata de hablar mucho y a la hora de pagar confunde a las personas y miente con la cantidad de dinero que le distes . No IVA pelear 10 dollares pero si le hace esto a más personas entonces si esta mal . Lástima que no vi su nombre”

“I already own a sleep number bed, needed some information about availability of a part. It was incredible how friendly and helpful the salesperson was even though they weren't going to sell me anything. Directed me to where I could get help over the phone or on the web again, Incredibly helpful, really unexpected.”

“If you are looking for upscale kitchen gadgets, linens, or just like to peruse home goods, this is the place, lol. I can spend a good hour walking through the store, checking out their furnishings, decorations, and clearance items. And if all that shopping makes you hungry, check out the specialty food items. The line usually moves along smoothly. I had an unmarked kitchen spoon that the woman at the register took the time to compare with other items to give me an accurate price.”

“Ross has always been one of those clothing stores that if you have the time to search you'll find some great, name brand pieces. I ended up having to return a pair of jeans, because I didn't like the fit. The return process was easy and my debit card was refunded within minutes of leaving the store. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is, because I found myself picking up clothing that had fallen onto the floor and hanging them up over and over throughout the store. It would really make the store stand out and look clean and organized if their wasn't so many items just left on the floor. Makes it seem like the store is dirty and no one really cares.”

“Great manger, Tyler is so professional but also super nice. Always takes the time to help. I also had a great color suggestion for toss pillows from Britta — I could not get the colors right for my eggplant-colored sectional — and she made it WOW. Happy whenever I go in, always something I need. Next trip: accent bed pillow and new photo frames, maybe a new room fragrance ?”
