“Super impressed with We Care Urgent Care. After going to Exer and seeing the wait time would be 3 hours +, I decided to find another Urgent Care and discovered We Care Urgent Care.
Registered online as a new patient and saw Dr. Green within 15-20 minutes!
Dr. Green and the entire staff were caring, informative, and took the time to understand my medical needs.
Not that I'm anxious to return, but I told my husband that if we need urgent care services, this is the place to go from now on.

“I unfortunately spend more time than I would like in medical facilities. It’s always nice when the experience can be light hearted. A little karaoke minute and zip wrap im done. Jaqui brought the smile the whole time and made blood drawing which nobody likes, just that little much easier.
Safety and Security Onsite
I have to give a shout to I believe his name was Joshua who is the onsite Safety and Security , who sits at the front desk. The pipe between Kaiser and the UCLA building busted and water was going to be shut off to the building. From notifying the departments, checking how this would affect their operations and seeing what their needs are stayed cool and kept people who have been waiting calm and informed. This position is not easy anywhere but a medical field is super important as people walking in could be coming just for a quick blood test or X-ray, all the way to live changing tests or therapy.”
“Quick easy access to Covid testing. The are the lab so test results are 24 hours or less. Drive up and the tester comes out to your car to do the test. Very convenient!”
“Ebony was absolutely amazing! From calling in the next patient to communicating with everyone waiting for walk-in appointments, she treated every person with kindness, respect, and professionalism.
Ebony and Mike got my husband and me in and out of the facility in just 10 minutes. They were both efficient, friendly, and provided clear communication and instructions throughout the entire visit.
They are the reason I continue coming back to this location. Even with a packed waiting room, they remained organized, positive, and delivered outstanding customer service.”
“Made an appointment, was nervous because the order was very large from my Dr and in my experience people have always had issues drawing my blood. It's always a long drawn out process. Needless to say I arrived to my appt, was greeted immediately and assisted within minutes. The gentleman who drew my blood was kind and it took him less than 5 seconds to find the vein, insert the needle and I felt nothing! It was a pleasant experience from beginning to end.”

“The lady who helped me was both very professional and very polite, explaining everything she was going to do. I do not normally like giving blood samples, etc., but she was wonderful. My experience at the hospital left me with bruises that have not cleared away after a month. One nurse stabbed me multiple times – I looked like a mugging victim, and having been mugged, I know what that looks and feels like. Your nurse left no bruises, and it was virtually painless!!! Wonderful!!!”

“I’ve never had a bad experience here. The people at the front desk are kind and helpful. One time I forgot my paper and they can either look it up themselves or allowed me to email it to them. Check in is super easy. The nurses are great. I haven’t had a painful poke or bruise here. I don’t enjoy doing bloodwork, but I only feel comfortable coming here. Depending on the time/day it can be busy and parking can sometimes be a little trickier. But with an appointment the wait isn’t long.”
